Second, consultative style significantly correlated with organizational commitment. Third, participative style significantly correlated with job satisfaction. Fourth, consultative style significantly correlated with job satisfaction. Further, this result confirms that relationship between leaders and followers has been an important predictor of organizational commitment and job satisfaction in the studied organization. In addition, discussion, implications and conclusion are elaborated.
