VENTILIRANI PREDGOTOVLJENI FASADNI PANEL ECO-SANDWICH®

Abstract

Zgrade u Europskoj Uniji troše oko 40 % ukupne energije što uzrokuje 36 % ukupne emisije stakleničkog plina CO2. Poboljšanjem energetske učinkovitosti zgrada doprinijelo bi se smanjenju klimatskih promjena, odnosno smanjenju emisije CO2. Naime, energetska učinkovitost u zgradarstvu prepoznata je danas kao područje koje ima najveći potencijal za smanjenje ukupne potrošnje energije, čime se direktno utječe na ugodniji i kvalitetniji boravak u zgradi, duži životni vijek zgrade te doprinosi zaštiti okoliša i smanjenju emisija štetnih plinova. S druge strane, građevinski otpad, kao i sve druge vrste otpada, postaje veliki ekološki problem u većini zemalja svijeta. Kao održivo rješenje za navedeni problem prihvaćen je postupak recikliranja građevinskog otpada te njegova ponovna upotreba, kojim se rješava pitanje velikih količina otpada na odlagalištima, te problem prevelike eksploatacije prirodnih resursa. U cilju doprinosa rješavanju navedene problematike u zgradarstvu i u području gospodarenja građevinskim otpadom nastao je inovativni proizvod ECO-SANDWICH®. ECO-SANDWICH® je ventilirani predgotovljeni fasadni panel izrađen od recikliranog agregata i sloja mineralne vune proizvedene korištenjem održive Ecose® tehnologije, čijom se ugradnjom smanjuje potrebna godišnja energije za grijanje i hlađenje u zgradama. Osim što ECO-SANDWICH® fasadni paneli doprinose energetskom poboljšanju zgrada, korištenjem recikliranog agregata na odgovarajući način se upravlja građevinskim otpadom prema zahtjevima Okvirne direktive o otpadu čime se ublažava utjecaj graditeljstva na okoliš. U ovom radu prikazana su ispitivanja predgotovljenog građevinskog proizvoda prema normi HRN EN 14992:2012 - Predgotovljeni betonski proizvod za potrebe dobivanja Izjave o svojstvima i CE oznake u skladu s Uredbom (EU) br. 305/2011 o građevnim proizvodima Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća.
