Modelo Fuzzy de Influência entre Indicadores de Responsabilidade Social
Abstract
RESUMO Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar a influência que existe entre os indicadores de responsabilidade social criados pelo instituto Ethos (os valores dados de entrada as opiniões agregadas de sete especialistas sobre a relação de influência existente entre os indicadores de responsabilidade social. A teoria fuzzy nos permite tratar os valores subjetivos de influência como conjuntos fuzzy, obter as matrizes de efeito de primeira geração, de segunda geração (composição max-min) e a matriz de efeitos esquecidos, para desta forma encontrar a rede de influências entre os indicadores de responsabilidade social e otimizar recursos organizacionais durante o processo de gestão.
This paper aims to present the logical foundations in research into forgotten effects by showing an essential corollary to understanding forgotten effects models. The corollary states that any influence that may occur between two events is really of a value greater than or equal to the maximum truth value of any chain of cause and effect between the two events. This is consistent with the fact that in practical research on forgotten effects, experts always change the value of an impact if they are shown a causal chain of more value than they have estimated directly.
This paper investigates the problem of selecting, from a set of issues, those which best satisfy a collection of criteria. A group of judges have fuzzy sets defined over the issues, for each criterion, whose values lie in a finite linearly ordered set . These judges also have fuzzy sets defined over the set of criteria. The paper discusses methods of aggregating all the fuzzy sets into one fuzzy set μ, defined on the issues, so that μAϵL gives the final ranking for issue A.
