Abstract

According to development requirements, a standardized management system is mainly used in basic information management files, file statistics and query management, file lending management. Development files for standardized management system that school personnel more efficient file management functions within the scope of work documents, files, archiving and management, promoting the school to improve the level of records management staff, increase their strength, and speed up the school on the pace of information technology to make the management more standardized and efficient. This paper introduces The Design and Development of a School File Management System for Standardized. Keywords-file; management system; standardization In order to better manage the school's archives, in order to better ensure the integrity of the archives, to standardize the school to the records management standard, my company decided to develop school file standardized management system. Therefore, the file management system from unit files management practice, in accordance with national standards and relevant industry standards at the same time, in the "people-oriented" principle, suitable for the development of the middle and primary school of the characteristics of the actual file management software.

... Archives management is one of the components of university management, which mainly records the whole process of university construction and development and plays a positive role in promoting the high-quality development of colleges and universities and strengthening the connotation of construction of colleges and universities [1][2]. In 2016, the National Archives Administration put forward the "13th Five-Year Plan" outline for the intelligent management of archives work, and it has become a trend to integrate information technology into archives management [3][4][5]. As a new form of archives, the construction of university smart archives is of great significance to the upgrading of archives and the far-reaching development of archives [6]. ...

Based on the SERVQUAL evaluation model, this paper examines the characteristics and service model of university archive services and establishes a knowledge service model framework for university smart archives. The service framework utilizes information fusion technology to quantitatively analyze the archive situation through the combination of 6 dimensions and 23 secondary indicators. One of the key points is to combine the whitening weight function of upper and lower limit measurements and the central whitening weight function to form a grey clustering algorithm in order to solve the “cliff” effect of the whitening weight function of the traditional upper and lower limit measurements. After the development of the system was completed, the index weights were first calculated by means of a questionnaire and then practiced in the school. The results show that responsiveness has the highest weight, 0.8612; security is second, 0.6321. And tangibility is the last, only 0.1792. The first college scored 0.461 in C1, and the second college scored only 1.87 in E1, which pulled the average score of the first-level index to 4.52. After the practice, the survey proved that the system meets the needs of the college and can point out areas for archive improvement. Archives improvement direction.
... Business management has three primary organizational management processes, the resource management, processes management and outcomes management [14]. This has leads to the pyramid model of school management consisting of three components, resource management, processes management and outcomes management [15]. ...

School have different departments and offices with interrelated functionalities that needs one’s cooperation in order to function well. Offices are scattered across the campus and transfer of information is affected. The need to build an integrated School Management System using a centralized database will make school services of better quality. The need to integrate technologies like barcodes, use of internet, video cameras, sensors and the use of a better framework are needed to cope up with the changing needs of the society and in providing quality school service. Thus this study aimed to build such system, implement the system and identify the level of acceptability. Features of the system include enrollment, assessment, report generation and providing decision support module. The system is based from a standardized school management framework derived from different existing school management systems. This is under qualitative as well as descriptive research. Agile AWE model is used in the project development. This is implemented in an institution that uses manual process of school management. Manager, staff, teachers, students and guardian will provide the needed system requirements and at the same time they will be the respondents in getting the level of acceptability. Feedbacks are continuously gathered and helps identify possible improvements. This system is beneficial to institutions currently using manual process in their departments. This is a fully functional and configurable system that will suit to the needs and surely provide quality service.

Computational morphological resources are the crucial component needed in providing morphological information to create morphological analyser. To acquire the morphological resources in a manual way, two main components are required. The components, which are preprocessing and morphology induction, have led to two issues: i) time consuming and ii) ambiguity in managing the resources from under-resourced languages perspective. We proposed an automatic acquisition of morphological resources tool, which is an extension from the manual way, to overcome the mentioned issues. In this work, three main modules in the proposed automatic tool are: i) tokenization - to tokenise a raw text and generate a wordlist, ii) conversion - to convert a softcopy of morphological resources into required formats and iii) integration of segmentation tools - to integrate two established segmentation tools, namely, Linguistica and Morfessor, in obtaining morphological information from the generated wordlist. Two testing methods have been conducted are component and integration testing. Result shows the proposed tool has been devised and the effectiveness has been demonstrated which allows the linguist to obtain their wordlist and segmented data easily. We believe the proposed tool will assist other researchers to construct computational morphological resources in automated way for under-resourced languages.
