This species is known by locals for its medicinal properties. It uses three, laser light sources: argon ion (AO, green helium-neon (green He-Ne) and helium-neon (He-Ne), to continuously' modulate beams of blue, green and red light in response to image ... [Show full abstract] data, simultaneously scan-exposing each photosensitive layer of the color photographic materials at a maximum resolution of 80 lines/mm and a maximum. speed of 1200 lines/minute, thereby recording a continuous tone color image on the photographic materials. Through the use of a green He- He laser, this unit is able to use light wavelengths that more closely match the color sensitivity of photographic materials and can therefore provide a wide gamut of reproducible colors. In addition, the CLP-300 can also perform color and gradation conversion, basically using a look-up table method for both, in order to change either 4-color YMCK image data for printing reproduction use or computer graphics and other 3-color BGR image data into the 3-color YMC image data for color photographic materials, thereby achieving superior color and tone reproduction.

[Show full abstract] are two challenges in acquiring the feature ratio: one that selecting representative features; the other, that detecting region of interest from human profile facial image effectively and calculating the feature ratio accurately. In our system, an adaptive color model is used to separate human side face from background, and the method based on geometrical model is designed for region of interest detection. Then we present the error analysis caused by image variation in terms of image size and head pose, To verify the efficiency of the system proposed in this paper, several experiments are conducted using about 173 korean's left side facial photographs. Experiment results shows that the accuracy of our system is increased 17,99% after we combine the front face features with the side face features, instead of using the front face features only.

This chapter sets out to describe the Mmogo-method and four distinct phases in its application. In Phase 1, researchers create a context for optimal participation by introducing group norms. In Phase 2, participants are asked to sit together around a table. Each is presented with a standard set of materials: malleable clay, beads or buttons in different colours, dried grass stalks (or suitable ... [Show full abstract] substitute), and a circular piece of cloth, packed in a container. Following an open-ended prompt, participants construct visual representations (visual data) representing the phenomenon that is the focus of the research. The representations are photographed (visual data). In Phase 3, each individual explains her or his visual representation (visual and textual data), and group members discuss individual participants’ interpretations of the images they have made (interactional data), augmenting content with their views (textual data). In Phase 4, the data-gathering session is concluded by debriefing participants as well as researchers (textual data). The fact that not all participants may want to join a group or construct visual images could limit the method’s application. The Mmogo-method is not indicated for anyone who has been traumatized recently, or who finds it difficult to deal with reality or is unwilling to participate in a group.

한국 미기록종인 고창고랭이( Schoenoplectiella ×uzenensis (Ohwi ex T. Koyama) Hayasaka)를 전라북도 고창군 고수면의 저수지에서 발견하였다. 고창고랭이는 짧게 기는 지하경이 있고 소수가 1−3개가 달리는데 반하여, 송이고랭이( S. triangulata)는 지하경이 아주 짧고 줄기가 빽빽이 모여나며 소수가 5−20개가 달리고, 제주올챙이골( S. lineolata)은 지하경이 길게 발달하고 소수가 1개가 달려 뚜렷이 구별된다. 이 미기록종의 국명은 고창군에 자라기 때문에 ‘고창고랭이’로 하였고, 고창고랭이에 대한 기재, 도해, 칼라도판 및 근연종 사이의 차이점을 검색표와 표로 제시하였다. 주요어: 고창고랭이, 올챙이골속, 사초과, 미기록 A newly ... [Show full abstract] recorded species, Schoenoplectiella ×uzenensis (Ohwi ex T. Koyama) Hayasaka, was found in Chosan Lake, Gosu-myeon, Gochang-gun, Jeollabuk-do, Korea. Schoenoplectiella ×uzenensis differs from its related species in having short rhizomes and 1 to 3 spikelets showing inflorescence. Schoenoplectiella triangulata has very short rhizomes and 520 spikelets with inflorescence. Schoenoplectiella lineolata has long creeping rhizomes and 1 spikelet showing inflorescence. We propose the new Korean name of ‘Go-Chang-Go-Rang-Ei’ based on its initial collection site. A description, line drawing, color photographs, table, and a species key of Korean Schoenoplectiella are provided for species identification.
