Abstract

It's not often that Metal Powder Report departs from the path of hard facts into the somewhat ‘mushier’ area of metaphysics, but opportunities crop up. While recognising that science has its fair share of charlatans, one such opportunity was presented by a paper submitted by an Indian researcher in which he details work aimed at probing the effects on powder samples where changes were apparently generated by thought. Some will laugh, others will cry, but perhaps among our readers there are those who might be able to help elucidate further the phenomena described…

Silver oxide possesses antimicrobial properties and also has numerous applications in space research, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. It is not readily soluble in most of the solvents and highly sensitive to light. Thus, this study was executed to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of silver oxide using PSA, PXRD, and DSC analytical techniques. The test sample was divided into two parts: one part was control sample and the other part was treated sample. The control sample did not receive Biofield Energy Treatment; whereas the treated sample received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak. The particle size values of the treated silver oxide powder were significantly decreased at d10, d50, d90, and D(4,3) by 9.507%, 4.957%, 3.463%, and 4.787% respectively, thus the specific surface area was significantly increased by 7.647% compared with the control sample. The peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered from -91.53% to 26.92% and -69.76% to 8.83%, respectively; however, the average crystallite size was significantly decreased by 35.62% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The melting point and latent heat of fusion of the treated silver oxide were significantly increased by 2.47% and 538.57%, respectively compared with the control sample. The results suggested that the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment might have introduced a new polymorphic form of silver oxide which would show better solubility, dissolution rate, absorption, bioavailability, and thermal stability. The treated silver oxide would be more efficacious as a medicine in the body and also advantageous for the pharmaceutical, space, chemical, nuclear submarine, optoelectronic industry when using it as a raw material.

Ofloxacin is an antibiotic useful for the treatment of bacterial infections. The aim of this research work was to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical properties of ofloxacin using modern analytical techniques. The sample was divided into control and Biofield Energy Treated parts. The control sample did not receive the Biofield Energy Treatment; whereas, the treated part received the Biofield Treatment remotely by a famous Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak. The PXRD peak intensities and crys-tallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from -39.33% to 127.93% and -68.28% to 21%, respectively; however, the average crystallite size of the treated ofloxacin (236.59nm) was decreased by 19.48% compared with the control sample (293.83nm). The particle size values were signifi-cantly decreased at d10 (10.67%), d50 (25%), d90 (24.4%), and D (4,3) (25.12%); thus, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 9.8% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The latent heat of fusion and the latent heat of decomposition of the treated sample were significantly increased by 11.71% and 123.52%, respectively compared to the control sample. The total weight loss was significantly decreased by 10.59%; however, the residue amount was significantly increased by 63.29% in the treated ofloxacin compared with the control sample. The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment generated a new polymorphic form of ofloxacin which may be more soluble, bioavail-able, and be thermally more stable compared to the untreated sample. The treated ofloxacin would be more efficacious against cellulitis, prosta-titis, chronic bronchitis, urinary tract infections, infections of the urethra and cervix, pneumonia, infectious diarrhoea, plague, etc.

The aim of the study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory activity of the Biofield Treated/Blessed proprietary test formulation consisting of essential ingredients viz. minerals (zinc, magnesium, iron, and copper) and vitamins (B6, B12, and D3) in male Sprague Dawley rats. Each ingredient of the test formulation was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the control without any Biofield Energy Healing Treatment/Blessing, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated/Blessed sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment/Blessing by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi remotely. Additionally, three group of animals were also received Biofield Energy Treatment per se (at day -15) under similar conditions. The parameters were assessed such as immune biomarkers (IgM, IgG, IgA, IgE, CD4+, CD8+, and CD28+), biochemistry and hematology and histopathology. The experimental results showed IgG level was significantly increased by 10.70% and 8.03% in the G6 (Biofield Energy Treatment per se at day -15) and G8 (Biofield Treatment per se to animals plus Biofield Treated test formulation from day -15) groups, respectively as compared with untreated test formulation (G4). Additionally, CD8+ count was significantly increased by 20.67% in the G8 group, while CD28+ count was significantly increased by 11.70%, 8.32%, and 9.82% in the G7 (Biofield Energy Treated test formulation at day -15), G8, and G9 (Biofield Treatment per se (day -15) to animals plus untreated test formulation) groups, respectively after Biofield Energy Treatment to the animals as compared with the untreated test formulation. In hematological analysis, platelet count was increased in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups by 40.69%, 27.95%, 26.67%, 38.58%, and 28.28%, respectively compared with the disease control (G2) group. Biochemical parameters showed significant decrease in the level of creatinine by 32.14% in the G9 group as compared with the G2 group. Further, animal body weight, feed intake, relative organ weight, and histopathological findings of all the tested groups did not show any abnormal findings with respect to the safe and non-toxic treatment strategies. Overall, the experimental data concluded that the Biofield Energy Treated/Blessed test formulation showed considerable improved cellular and humoral immune response as compared with the untreated test formulation. Thus, the Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment per se and the test formulation has the significant capacity for immunomodulatory effect, stress management and anti-aging by improving overall health.

Interleukin-8 (IL-8) has proven a significant role in the inflammatory rheumatic disorder, which is produced in the synovial fluid. The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing based DMEM medium in SW982 (Synovial cell line) on bone health inflammatory parameter like interleukin-8 (IL-8). The test sam-ple (DMEM medium) was divided into three parts, first part received one-time Biofield Treatment by a renowned Consciousness Energy Healer, Alice Branton and was labeled as the one-time Biofield Energy Treated (BT-I) DMEM, while second part received the two-times the Biofield Energy Treatment and is denoted as BT-II DMEM. The third part did not receive any treatment and defined as the untreated DMEM group. Cell viability using MTT assay showed that the cell viability of SW982 cells was more than 95% with a safe and non-toxic profile. Besides, the two-times Biofield Treated DMEM group (BT-II) showed a significant (p≤0.001) inhibition of IL-8 by 31.82% as compared to the untreated DMEM group under stimulation with IL-1β in SW982 cells. Thus, data reflected the significant potential of the test items in bone-health, which play a vital role in the promotion and maintenance of strong and healthy bones against rheumatoid arthritis. Alopecia is a common disorder related to hair fall, observed in all age’s peoples around the world. Although several medical approaches are available, however those are insufficient to mitigate or symptomatic relief from these types anomalies. Hence, it is highly essential to establish an alternative treatment strategy to increase hair proliferation. For this context, the current experiment was conducted to investigate the potential of the Consciousness Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treatment to the test items (DMEM) in human follicular dermal papilla culture cells for the assessment of hair cell growth and development. The test item was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the untreated DMEM group without any Biofield Energy Treatment, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton. The experimental results showed that cell proliferation was significantly increased by 219.30% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group as compared to the untreated DMEM group. The results demonstrated that the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment significantly increased the proliferation of human hair follicle dermal papilla cells. Emerging data indicate that the mortality rate is rising due to liver disorders day-by-day in the developed countries. The present study was conducted to evaluate the potential of the Biofield Energy (The Trivedi Effect®) Treated test item (DMEM) in HepG2 cell-line. The test item was divided into two parts. One part of the test item received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and was labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM and the other part defined as untreated DMEM, where no Biofield Treatment was provided. Cell viability of the test items using MTT assay showed 113% and 129.9% viable cells in the untreated DMEM and Biofield Energy Treated DMEM groups, respectively suggested that the test items were nontoxic and safe in nature. The Biofield Energy Treated DMEM showed significant (p≤0.001) protection of cells by 15% against oxidative stress induced by t-BHP, while untreated DMEM group showed 0.4% protection. The level of IL-8 was significantly (p≤0.01) reduced by 32.15% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group compared to the untreated DMEM group. Moreover, the level of ALT enzyme activity was significantly (p≤0.01) reduced by 53.2% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group compared to the untreated DMEM group. Cholesterol level was significantly (p≤0.001) reduced by 37.35% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group compared to the untreated DMEM group. Besides, the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group showed 43.13% increased the level of albumin compared to the untreated DMEM group. Altogether, results suggested that Biofield Treatment significantly improved liver function. Thus, Consciousness Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treatment could be utilized as a hepatoprotectant against several hepatic disorders such as Gilbert’s disease, cirrhosis, steatosis, alcohol abuse, hemochromatosis, Budd-Chiari syndrome, Wilson’s disease, cholangiocarcinoma, etc.

The present study was aimed to investigate the potential role of Consciousness Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) based DMEM medium on the level of alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) in Ishikawa cells. The test item (DMEM medium) was divided into two parts, one part received Biofield Energy Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and was categorized as the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group, while another part did not receive any sort of treatment and coded as the untreated DMEM group. The cell viability using MTT assay showed a significantly improved cell viability upto 98% in the test item group, which suggested a safe and nontoxic profile of the test item. Estrogenic potential using estimation of ALP level showed a significantly increased by 30.8% in the Biofield Energy Treated group as compared with the untreated DMEM group. The Biofield Energy Treated DMEM showed a significant role in the growth of Ishikawa cells along with an improved ALP level that can be utilized significantly in the promotion and maintenance of estrogen level. It is concluded that Biofield Energy Healing Treatment showed a significant improved ALP level, which can be used in different menstrual and estrogenic disorders like hypophosphatasia, osteoporosis, malnutrition, hypothyroidism, magnesium deficiency, heart surgery, chronic myelogenous leukemia, enteritis in children, pernicious anemia, bacterial infection and intrauterine infection is a leading cause of pelvic inflammatory disease, subfertility, infertility, endometritis, early pregnancy loss, fetal defects, and preterm birth.

Nutrition plays a crucial role for healthy growth and development of the skeleton system. Study objective was to find the effect of Biofield Treatment ontest item (DMEM medium) for bone health activity in human bone osteosarcoma cell line (MG-63) cells. After divided of the test item into two parts, one part was treated by Alice Branton’s Biofield Energy i.e., Biofield Treated DMEM and others part kept as such i.e., untreated DMEM, respectively. MTT assay showed cell viability was observed more than 74%, which signify with safe and non-toxic profile of the test item on MG-63 cells. Further, the bone health parameter, level of ALP was significantly (p≤0.001) increased by 40.58% in the Biofield Treated DMEM compared to untreated DMEM. The aim was to examine the effect of Biofield Treated DMEM on bone health in MG-63 cells. Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium was used as a test sample in this study and divided into two parts. First part received Biofield Treatment by Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and was labeled as the one-time Biofield Energy Treated (BT-I) DMEM, while the second part received two-times Biofield Treatment and denoted as BT-II. MTT assay was studied for cell viability, which was found as more than 73.9% in MG-63 cell line, which indicated with a safe and non-toxic profile. The bone health parameter, the level of ALP was significantly (p≤0.001) increased by 42.86% in both BT-I and BT-II groups compared with the untreated DMEM group. Thus, the data suggested that the Biofield Treated DMEM significantly improved ALP level, which can be used for the management of osteoporosis, deformed bones, bone and/or joint pain, rickets, osteoma, osteomalacia, aging, hormonal imbalance, and stress.

Herbal based test formulations have been used in most of the healthcare settings since time immemorial. The present experimental cell line study was designed to evaluate the impact of the Biofield Energy Treatment on test formulation and different cell line mediums related with vital organs functioning. Cell lines that were specific to different organ systems were used in the study using standard protocols. The Test Item (TI) and specific cell line media (Med) was divided into two parts; one untreated (UT-TI) and other part received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Eileen Mary Meagher, USA and were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) test formulation/media. MTT assay was used for cell viability assay, and the results showed that the test item was found non-toxic. Cytoprotective action of the test formulation showed a significant maximum restoration of cell viability by 56.8% (at 63.75µg/mL), 57.5% (at 63.75µg/mL), and 124.8% (at 1µg/mL) in the UT-Med+BT-TI, BT-Med+UT-TI, and BT-Med+BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group in Human Cardiac Fibroblasts cells (HCF) cells, while 83.2% (at 63.75µg/mL), 93.8% (at 63.75µg/mL), and 20.6% (at 10µg/mL) improved cellular protection of human Hepatoma cells (HepG2) cells in the UT-Med+BT-TI, BT-Med+UT-TI, and BT-Med+BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group. In addition, cytoprotective activity in adenocarcinoma human alveolar basal epithelial cells (A549) showed improved cell viability by 11.3% (at 25.5µg/mL), 82.7% (at 63.75µg/mL), and 113.9% (at 25.5µg/mL) in the UT-Med+BT-TI, BT-Med+UT-TI, and BT-Med+BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group. MG-63 cells were used for estimation of ALP activity, which was highly increased by 59.8% (at 0.1µg/mL), 269.7% (at 0.1µg/mL), and 105.7% (at 0.1µg/mL) in the UT-Med+BT-TI, BT-Med+UT-TI, and BT-Med+BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group. Besides, Ishikawa cells showed maximum increased ALP activity by 94.8% at 10µg/mL in the BT-Med+UT-TI group as compared to the untreated group. The maximum percent cellular protection of HCF (heart) cells (decreased of LDH activity) was significantly increased by 48.8% (at 1µg/mL), 62.9% (at 10µg/mL), and 103% (at 1µg/mL) in the UT-Med+BT-TI, BT-Med+UT-TI group, and BT-Med+BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group. Alanine Amino Transferase (ALT) in terms of percent protection of HepG2 (liver) cells (decreased of ALT activity) was reported at 63.75µg/mL by 74.9% and 84.9% in the BT-Med+UT-TI and BT-Med+BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group. Cellular protection of A549 (lungs) cells (increased of SOD activity) in terms of percentage was increased by 21.7% (at 25.5µg/mL), 83.2% (at 0.1µg/mL), and 40% (at 25.5µg/mL) in the UT-Med+BT-TI, BT-Med+UT-TI, and BT-Med+BT-TI groups, respectively as compared to untreated group. Serotonin level was significantly increased by 50.8% (at 63.75µg/mL), 35.9% (at 10µg/mL), and 49.9% (at 10µg/mL) in the UT-Med+BT-TI, BT-Med+UT-TI, and BT-Med+BT-TI groups, respectively compared to untreated test group in human neuroblastoma cells (SH-SY5Y). However, the Relative Quantification (RQ) of Vitamin D Receptor (VDR) was significantly increased by 135.2%, 291.4%, and 248.3% at 50µg/mL in the UT-Med+BT-TI, BT-Med+UT-TI, and BT-Med+BT-TI groups, respectively as compared to the untreated in MG-63 cells. Chromium TriOxide (CrO3) is an inorganic compound which has many industrial applications, but it is very hygroscopic, toxic and a powerful oxidizer. The objective of this study was to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect® (Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment) on the physicochemical and thermal properties of CrO3 using modern analytical techniques. The CrO3 test sample was separated into two parts. One part of the test sample was called as a control sample (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), while the second part of chromium trioxide sample received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a well-known Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and termed as a treated sample. The powder XRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes of the treated CrO3 were significantly altered ranging from -63.06% to 357.95% and -41.82% to 420%, respectively; thus, the average crystallite size was significantly increased by 70.46% compared with the control sample. The particle size values of the treated CrO3 were significantly increased by 434.85% (d10), 17.61% (d50), and 19.72% {D(4,3)}, respectively; therefore, the specific surface area was significantly decreased by 80.56% compared with the control.The latent heat of fusion of the treated CrO3 was significantly increased by 33.18% compared with the control sample. The experimental results indicated that the Trivedi Effect® -Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might include a new polymorphic form of CrO3 which would show better powder flowability and lower solubility. It may lower the absorption, bioavailability and toxicity of CrO3 on inhalation, ingestion, chronic exposure, contact to skin and eye, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions. Cefazolin is a broad-spectrum first-generation cephalosporin antibiotic, used for the treatment of a number of bacterial infections. The aim of this research work was to evaluate the influence of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical, and thermal properties of cefazolin sodium powder using modern analytical techniques. The test sample cefazolin sodium was divided into two parts. One part of the test sample was considered as a control sample (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), whereas the other part was treated with the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak and termed as a treated sample. The particle size values in the treated sample were significantly decreased by 3.95%(d10), 2.63%(d50), 13.02%(d90), and 21.7% {D (4,3)}; hence, the specific surface area was increased by 5% compared to the control sample. The decomposition temperature of the treated cefazolin was increased by 4.84 compared to the control sample. Similarly, the latent heat of evaporation of two peaks and decomposition was significantly increased by 56.81%, 225.38%, and 261.84% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The total weight loss was decreased by 2.7%; however, the residual amount was significantly increased by 28.59% in the treated cefazolin compared with the control sample. Oxidative stress is one of the major molecular mechanism responsible for human lung diseases. The objective of the study was to examine the effect of a Consciousness Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treated DMEM medium for its anti-oxidative potential using various parameters such as the protection against oxidative stress and Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), antioxidant enzyme activity in A549 cells. The test item, DMEM was divided into two parts. One part received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and was labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated test item, while the other part did not receive any sort of treatment and is defined as the untreated DMEM group. The cell viability of the test sample using MTT assay showed 122.67% viable cells, indicating a safe and nontoxic profile of the test item. Protection against oxidative stress was significantly increased by 64.70% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group compared to the untreated DMEM group. In addition, Antioxidant Enzyme (SOD) activity was significantly increased by 45.1% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group compared to the untreated DMEM group. Thus, these data suggest that Biofield Energy Healing Treatment showed a significant improvement of the Antioxidant Enzyme Activity (SOD level) along with an improved protection against oxidative damage, which can be used in various human lung disorders such as asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), lung malignancies and parenchymal lung diseases like idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and lung granulomatous diseases.

The present research was performed to monitor the anti-rheumatoid action of Consciousness Energy Healing based DMEM medium using synovial sarcoma cell line, SW982. The study included the evaluation of bone health potential using inflammatory parameter, IL-8. The test item (DMEM medium) was divided into three parts, first part received a one-time Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and was labeled as the one-time Biofield Energy Treated (BT-I) DMEM, while second part received the two-times the Biofield Energy Treatment and is denoted as BT-II DMEM. The third part did not receive any treatment and defined as the untreated DMEM group. Cell viability assay using MTT method showed that the cell viability of SW982 cells was 113.8% and 88.3% in the BT-I and BT-II groups, respectively. The BT-I group demonstrated significant (p≤0.001) inhibition of IL-8 by 27.74%, while BT-II group also showed a significant (p≤0.001) inhibition of IL-8 by 45.66% as compared to the untreated DMEM group. The lead metal is used for different purposes, i.e. contraceptive, cosmetics, ornaments, glasses, glazes, enamels, writing material, currency, construction, lead-acid battery, etc. The objective of this study was to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect® on the physicochemical and thermal properties of lead using PXRD, PSA, and DSC analysis. The lead sample was divided into control and treated parts. The control sample did not receive the Biofield Energy Treatment, whereas the treated sample received the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a famous Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from -60.54% to -37.5% and -17.86% to 177.74%, respectively; whereas the average crystallite size was significantly increased by 138.96% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. Sulfamethoxazole is a broad spectrum antibiotic that acts as a bacteriostatic antibacterial agent. This study was aimed to analyze the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) on the physicochemical and thermal properties of sulfamethoxazole with the help of advanced analytical techniques. Sulfamethoxazole sample was divided into two parts. Among these, one part received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a well-known Biof-ield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and termed as the treated sample. While the other part did not receive the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment called a control sample. The study revealed that the particle size values in the treated sample were significantly reduced by 19.71 % (d10), 6.28 % (d50), 5.40 % (d90), and 7.98 % {D (4, 3)}; thus, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 12.63 % compared with the untreated sample. The powder XRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were altered significantly ranging from -32.49 % to 120.17 % and 0.45 % to 101.86 %, respectively; whereas, the average crystallite size was significantly increased by 33.13 % in the treated sample compared with the con-trol sample. The TGA data reported 8.35 % increase in total weight loss and 19.55 % significant reduction of the residual amount in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion was significantly increased by 10.34 % and the degradation temperature along with the corresponding latent heat of decomposition of the treated sample was increased by 5.52 % and 11.16 %, respectively compared with the untreated sample. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effect of Biofield Energy Healing on the plant callus, mouse and human derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) for their cell count and cellular proliferation. All the three type stem cells and DMEM media for the stem cell culture were divided into two parts, one received Biofield Energy Treatment (known as The Trivedi Effect®-Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment) by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi through the Healer’s unique Energy Transmission process remotely and defined as Biofield Energy Treated (BT) group. On day 9 after treatment, the plant callus flasks of mandukparni, amla, and Centella were observed and visualized which showed an increased percentage in weight of the callus by 11.4%, 24.9%, and 51.7%, respectively as compared with the untreated groups. In addition, stem cell assay in murine bone marrow derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) showed an increased cellular proliferation by 115.2%, 127.6%, 161.9%, and 123.6%, in Biofield Energy Treated DMEM in the passage 1, 2, 3, and 4, respectively. Similarly, human derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells, Adipose-Derived (AD-MSC) cells showed a significant increased cell count by 139%, 119%, and 182% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group with the passage 1, 2, and 3, respectively. Similarly, bone marrow (BM-MSC) cells showed a significant increased cell count by 102%, 170%, and 141% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group with the passage 1, 2, and 3, respectively. However, BrdU assay for % cellular proliferation in the AD-MSC cells showed a significant increased cellular proliferation by 122%, 120%, and 184% in the passage 1, 2, and 3, respectively. On the other hand, BM-MSC cells showed a significant increased cellular proliferation by 125%, 146%, and 157% in the passage 1, 2, and 3, respectively. Hence, the results suggest that there was a significant growth in plant callus weight, mouse and human stem cell growth and proliferation after The Trivedi Effect®-Energy of Consciousness Treatment. The study was performed to find out the impact of the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation on the function of vital organs viz. bones, heart, liver, lungs, and brain in various cell-based assays. The test formulation and the cell media was divided into two parts; one untreated (UT) and other part received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Joy Angevin Balmer, USA and was labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) test formulation/media. Cell viability data suggested that the test formulation was safe and non-toxic in nature in six different cells. The Biofield Energy Treated medium (BT-Med) + Biofield Treated test item (UT-TI) group showed 149.3% restoration of cell viability at 1 µg/mL as compared to the UT-Med + UT-TI group in human cardiac fibroblasts cells (HCF). Moreover, the UT-Med + BT-TI and BT-Med + BT-TI groups showed 54.2% (at 0.1 µg/mL) and 43.5% (at 63 µg/mL) restoration of cell viability, respectively in human hepatoma cells (HepG2) compared to untreated. Furthermore, 58.3% restoration of cell viability was observed in adenocarcinomic human alveolar basal epithelial cells (A549) by UT-Med + BT-TI group at 0.1 µg/mL compared to the untreated. The aim of this paper was to investigate the impact of the Biofield Energy Treatment on the test formulation by focusing on the function of vital organs viz. bones, heart, liver, lungs, and brain in various cell-based assays. The alkaline phosphatase (ALP) level was significantly increased by 80.7%, 85%, and 93.7% in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively at 10 µg/mL in human bone osteosarcoma cells (MG-63) compared to the untreated. Additionally, the level of ALP was significantly increased by 65.8% (at 25 µg/mL) and 106.7% (at 50 µg/mL) in the BT-Med + UT-TI and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively in human endometrial adenocarcinoma cells (Ishikawa) compared to the untreated. The percent protection of HCF (heart) cells (decreased of LDH activity) was significantly increased by 100.9% (at 0.1 µg/mL) and 91.2% (at 10 µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively compared to the untreated in HCF cells. The percent protection of HepG2 (liver) cells (decreased of ALT activity) was significantly increased by 51.5% and 133.6% at 10 and 63 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-Med + BT-TI group compared to untreated in HepG2 cells. The percent protection of A549 (lungs) cells (increased of SOD activity) was significantly increased by 55.8% (at 10 µg/mL) and 43.8% (at 1 µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI and BT-Med + UT-TI groups, respectively compared to the untreated in A549 cells. Serotonin level was significantly increased by 80%, 77.2%, and 58.7% in the BT-Med + BT-TI group at 10, 25, and 63 µg/mL, respectively as compared to untreated in human neuroblastoma cells (SH-SY5Y). The relative quantification (RQ) of vitamin D receptor (VDR) was significantly increased by 136.8%, 191.9%, and 165.8% in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively at 50 µg/mL compared to the untreated in MG-63 cells. Altogether, results suggest that Biofield Treated test formulation significantly improved the bones, heart, liver, lungs, and brain functional enzyme biomarkers also to protect and maintain the normal function of each vital organs. Ofloxacin is a synthetic fluoroquinolone broad-spectrum antibiotic used for the treatment of both Gram-positive and gram-negative bacterial infections. In this study, the impact of consciousness energy healing treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) on the physicochemical and thermal properties of ofloxacin powder sample was evaluated using modern analytical techniques. The ofloxacin was divided into control and the Biofield Energy Treated sample. Only the treated ofloxacin was received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a well-known Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The particle size values in the treated ofloxacin powder were significantly increased by 10.96%(d10), 29.09%(d50), 14.03%(d90), and 12.48% {D(4,3)}; thus, the surface area was significantly decreased by 8.06% compared to the control ofloxacin. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes of the treated ofloxacin were significantly altered ranging from -70.76% to 4.73% and -70.36% to 314.81%, respectively; however, the average crystallite was significantly increased by 25.22% compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion and decomposition was significantly altered by 13.43% and -53%, respectively in the treated ofloxacin compared with the control sample. The total weight loss was significantly decreased by 4.19%; however, the residue amount was significantly increased by 26.97% in the treated ofloxacin compared with the control sample. Thus, the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) might lead to generate a new polymorphic form of ofloxacin with better shape, appearance, flowability, and thermally more stable compared to the control sample. Various complementary approaches have been used against multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS), which is the major contributor in high mortality among the healthcare centers. The aim of the present study was to determine the impact of the Biofield Energy Treatment on test formulation and different cell line medium related with vital organs functioning. Different organ based cell lines were used in the study for testing the effects of test formulation. The test item (TI) and specific cell line media (Med) was divided into two parts; one untreated (UT-TI) and other part received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Elizabeth Patric, USA and were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) test formulation/media. MTT assay was used for cell viability assay, and the results showed that the test item was found non-toxic. Cytoprotective action of the test formulation showed a significant maximum restoration of cell viability by 129.7% (at 1 µg/mL), 28.4% (at 63.75 µg/mL), and 44.5% (at 10 µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group in human cardiac fibroblasts cells (HCF) cells, while 53.4% (at 63.75 µg/mL), 14.5% (at 10 µg/mL), and 22.9% (at 25.5 µg/mL) improved cellular protection of human hepatoma cells (HepG2) cells in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group. In addition, cytoprotective activity in adenocarcinoma human alveolar basal epithelial cells (A549) showed improved cell viability by 25.6% (at 25.5 µg/mL), 59.8% (at 10 µg/mL), and 26.1% (at 1 µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group. ALP activity in MG-63 cells was maximum increased by 84.9% at 50 µg/mL in the BT-Med + BT-TI group, while in Ishikawa cells showed maximum increased ALP activity by 308.1% at 0.1 µg/mL in the BT-Med + BT-TI group as compared to the untreated group. The maximum percent cellular protection of HCF (heart) cells (decreased of LDH activity) was significantly increased by 76.7% (at 1 µg/mL), 44.3% (at 1 µg/mL), and 102.6% (at 10 µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI group, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group. Alanine amino transferase (ALT) in terms of percent protection of HepG2 (liver) cells (decreased of ALT activity) was reported at 63.75 µg/mL by 70.6%, 89.9%, and 76.6% in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, BT-Med + BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group. Cellular protection of A549 (lungs) cells (increased of SOD activity) in terms of percentage was increased by 16.2% (at 10 µg/mL), 35.2% (at 63.75 µg/mL), and 17.7% (at 63.75 µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively as compared to untreated group. Serotonin level was significantly increased by 14.6% (at 25 µg/mL), 41.2% (at 1 µg/mL), and 70.8% (at 10 µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively compared to untreated test group in human neuroblastoma cells (SH-SY5Y). A novel proprietary test formulation was designed which included minerals, vitamins, β-carotene, cannabidiol isolate,and Panax ginseng extract. This present study was evaluated the impact of the Trivedi Effect® on novel proprietary test formulation in male Sprague Dawley rats, fed with vitamin D3 deficiency diet (VDD). The novel test formulation was divided into two parts; one part was defined as untreated test formulation, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. The level of 25-OH Vit. D3 was measured in brain homogenate, which was found to be increased by 20.13%, 24.12%, 45.86%, 14.79%, and 29.96% in the G5 group treated with Biofield Treated test formulation, Biofield Energy Treatment per se to the animals (G6), 15 days pre-treatment of Biofield Energy Treated test formulation (G7), Biofield Energy Treatment per se plus Biofield Energy Treated test formulation from day -15 (G8), and untreated test formulation to the Biofield Energy Treated animals (G9) groups respectively, as compared with the disease control (G2) group. Brain acetylcholine (ACh) level was increased by 61.33% in the G7 group as compared with the untreated test formulation (G4) group. The expression of interleukin-6 (IL-6) was significantly reduced by 43.44% (p≤0.01), 30.93%, 21.42%, 45.99% (p≤0.01), and 60.85% (p≤0.01), respectively as compared with the G4. Lung pro-inflammatory cytokine tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) level was significantly reduced in the G5, G6, G7, and G8 by 24.86%, 32.55% (p≤0.01), 30.12% (p≤0.01), and 42.69% (p≤0.01), respectively, as compared with the G4 group. Altogether, the Biofield Treated test formulation and/or per se treatment to the animals significantly improved the levels of active form of vitamin D3 metabolite (25-OH Vit D3) and neurotransmitter (ACh); consequently significantly lowered the expression of proinflammatory cytokines (IL-6 and TNF-α). Therefore, the energized test formulation or per se treatment could be effectively useful against neuronal damage and inflammation for the management of brain disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease, dementias, brain cancer, epilepsy and other seizure disorders, mental disorders, and Parkinson’s. Dysfunction of vital organs are the main concern for human health. Therefore, it is necessary to homeostat the normal function of vital organs such as lungs, liver, brain, and heart for better health. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of the Consciousness Energy Treated test formulation on the function of vital organs such as bones, heart, liver, lungs, and brain in various cell-based assays. The test formulation and the cell media was divided into two parts; one untreated (UT) and other part received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Jagdish Singh, USA and were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) test formulation/media. Cell viability data suggested that the tested formulation was safe and non-toxic in nature in six different cells. The experimental groups like untreated medium (UT-Med) + Biofield Treated Test Item (BT-TI), BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med + BT-TI showed 190.5%, 56.3%, and 73.8% restoration of cell viability at 1µg/mL in human cardiac fibroblasts cells (HCF) compared to the UT-Med + UT-TI group. Moreover, BT-Med + UT-TI and BT-Med + BT-TI groups showed 98.8% and 79.1% restoration of cell viability at 10µg/mL, respectively in human hepatoma cells (HepG2) compared to untreated. Vital organs dysfunction is one of the major concerns now-a-day, which results in high mortality rate in health care centers. Thus, growth and normal functioning of the vital organs is the major concern for better health. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of the Biofield Energy on the test formulation and the cell line media for the function of vital organs such as bones, heart, liver, lungs, and brain using cell-based assays. Different organ-based cell lines were used in the study for testing the effects of test formulation. The test item (TI) and specific cell line media (Med) was divided into two parts; one untreated (UT-TI) and other part received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Maria Isabel Aguilar Tiraboschi, Uruguay and were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) test formulation. Cell viability data suggested that the test formulation was safe and non-toxic in nature in the tested cell lines. Cytoprotective action of the test formulation showed a significant maximum restoration of cell viability by 23.7% (at 25.5µg/mL), 54.1% (at 10µg/mL), and 81.6% (at 63.75µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group in human cardiac fibroblasts cells (HCF) cells, while 53.4% (at 63.75µg/mL), 20.2% (at 63.75µg/mL), and 43.9% (at 10µg/mL) improved cellular protection of human hepatoma cells (HepG2) cells in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group. In addition, cytoprotective activity in adenocarcinoma human alveolar basal epithelial cells (A549) showed improved cell viability by 121.9% (at 1µg/mL), 416% (at 25.5µg/mL), and 323% (at 25.5µg/mL) in the UT-Med+BT-TI, BT-Med+UT-TI, and BT-Med+BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group. ALP activity in MG-63 cells was maximum increased by 78.2% at 50µg/mL in the BT-Med + BT-TI group, while in Ishikawa cells showed maximum increased ALP activity by 67.5% at 50µg/mL in the BT-Med + UT-TI group as compared to the untreated group. The maximum percent cellular protection of HCF (heart) cells (decreased of LDH activity) was significantly increased by 26.6% (at 25.5µg/mL), 37.9% (at 10µg/mL), and 76.5% (at 25.5µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI group, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group. Alanine amino transferase (ALT) in terms of percent protection of HepG2 (liver) cells (decreased of ALT activity) was reported by 21.1% (at 10µg/mL), 93.9% (at 63.75µg/mL), and 51.4% (at 63.75µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, BT-Med + BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group. Cellular protection of A549 (lungs) cells (increased of SOD activity) in terms of percentage was increased by 57.2% (at 25.5µg/mL), 176.9% (at 10µg/mL), and 184.2% (at 10µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively as compared to untreated group. Serotonin level was significantly increased by 34.8% (at 63.75µg/mL), 65.4% (at 63.75µg/mL), and 398.7% (at 1µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med+BT-TI groups, respectively compared to the untreated test group in human neuroblastoma cells (SH-SY5Y). The aim of the present study was to determine the impact of Biofield Energy Treated test formulation using six different cell-lines. The test formulation/item (TI) and cell media (Med) was divided into two parts; one part was untreated (UT) and other part received Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Janice Patricia Kinney, USA and labeled as Biofield Energy Treated (BT) test item (TI)/ media. Based on cell viability assay, test formulation was found as safe at tested concentrations. Cytoprotective activity of test formulation showed a significant restoration of cell viability by 60.6% (10 µg/mL), 67.5% (63.75 µg/mL), and 117.5% (63.75 µg/mL) in UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, BT-Med + BT-TI, respectively compared to untreated in human cardiac fibroblasts cells (HCF) cells. The present study was undertaken to evaluate the impact of the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation using cell lines relat-ed with vital organs functioning. In vitro cells based assay were performed to study the effects on the bones, heart, liver, lungs, and brain cells. The test formulation and the cell media was divided into two parts; one part was untreated (UT) and other part received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, William Dean Plikerd, USA and labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) test formulation/media. The test formulation was tested against various activities using cell line assay in their specific medium (Med). The test formulation was tested for cell viability, and the results showed that the test formulation at tested concentrations was found safe and non-toxic. Cytoprotective action of the test formulation showed a significant maximum restoration of cell viability by 133.4% (at 1 µg/mL), 65.7% (at 10 µg/mL), and 86.8% (at 10 µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, BT-Med + BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group in human cardiac fibroblasts cells (HCF) cells, while improved restoration of cell viability by 97.4% (at 1 µg/mL), 85.7% (at 10 µg/mL), and 81.9% (at 10 µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, BT-Med + BT-TI groups respect-tively, as compared to the untreated test group in HepG2 cells. The Biofield Energy Treated medium (BT-Med) + Biofield Energy Treated Test Item (BT-TI) group showed 181% and 82.2% restoration of cell viability at 1 and 10 µg/mL, respectively in human cardiac fibroblasts cells (HCF) compared to the UT-Med + UT-TI group. The UT-Med + BT-TI group showed 126.8% and 86.3% restoration of cell viability at 10 and 25 µg/mL, respectively with respect to the untreated group in human hepatoma cells (HepG2). The percent protection of HCF (heart) cells (decreased of LDH activity) was significantly increased by 88.3% and 75.5% in the BT-Med + BT-TI group at 1 and 10 µg/mL, respectively; while 82.8% (at 0.1 µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI group as compared to the untreated in HCF cells. The percent protection of HepG2 (liver) cells (decreased of ALT activity) was significantly increased by 47.5%, 79.8% and 94% in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively at 1 µg/mL compared to the untreated in HepG2 cells. The percent protection of A549 (lungs) cells (increased of SOD activity) was significantly increased by 67.4%, 60.8% and 80.7% in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively at 10 µg/mL; while 137% (at 0.1 µg/mL) in the BT-Med + BT-TI group as compared to the untreated group. Serotonin level was significantly increased by 225.7% (at 1 µg/mL), 176.1% (at 25 µg/mL) and 175.7% (at 63 µg/mL) in the BT-Med + BT-TI group; while 317.9% (at 1 µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI group as compared to the untreated in human neuroblastoma cells (SH-SY5Y). The relative quantification (RQ) of vitamin D receptor (VDR) was significantly increased by 195.3% (at 1 µg/mL), 176.2% (at 10 µg/mL) and 194.7% (at 50 µg/mL) in the BT-Med + BT-TI group compared to the untreated group in MG-63 cells. Altogether data suggest that these results suggest that Biofield Energy Treated test formulation significantly protect the major organs viz. bones, heart, liver, lungs and brain and also improved their functions. The study was investigated to find out the impact of the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation on the function of vital organs viz. bones, heart, liver, lungs, and brain in various cell-based assays. The test formulation/test item (TI) and the cell media (Med) was divided into two parts; one untreated (UT) and other part received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Vicki Lynn Kindy, USA and was labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) test formulation/media. Cell viability data suggested that the test formulation was safe and non-toxic in nature in six different cells. The experimental groups of untreated medium (UT-Med) + Biofield Treated Test Item (BT-TI), BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups showed 116.4% (at 1 µg/mL), 84.1% (at 63 µg/mL), and 98.5% (at 63 µg/mL) restoration of cell viability, respectively in human cardiac fibroblasts cells (HCF) compared to the UT-Med + UT-TI group. Moreover, UT-Med + BT-TI group showed 62.5%, 156.8%, and 82.4% restoration of cell viability at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively in human hepatoma cells (HepG2) compared to untreated. Furthermore, 224.2% and 295.6% restoration of cell viability was observed in adenocarcinomic human alveolar basal epithelial cells (A549) by UT-Med + BT-TI group at 1 and 10 µg/mL, respectively compared to the untreated. The alkaline phosphatase (ALP) level was significantly increased by 85.3%, 72.2%, and 79.4% in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively at 10 µg/mL in human bone osteosarcoma cells (MG-63) compared to the untreated. The aim of the present study determined the impact of the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation using cell lines related with vital organs functioning. Different cells based assay were used based on the vital organs function of bones, heart, liver, lungs, and brain. The test formulation and cells media was divided into two parts; one untreated (UT) and other part received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dimitrius Anagnos, USA and were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) test formulation / media. The test formulation was tested against various activities using cell line assay in their specific medium (Med). The test formulation was tested for cell viability, and the results showed that the test formulation at tested concentrations was found non-toxic against all the cell line. Cytoprotective action of the test formulation showed a significant maximum restoration of cell viability by 25.6% (at 63.75 µg/mL), 46.7% (at 0.1 µg/mL), and 109.5% (at 63.75 µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, BT-Med + BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group in human cardiac fibroblasts cells (HCF) cells, while 41.3%, 22.8%, and 34.8% at 63.75 µg/mL in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, BT-Med + BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group. However, cyto-protective activity in human hepatoma cells (HepG2) showed improved cell viability by 117.7% (at 0.1 µg/mL), 61.3% (at 25.5 µg/mL), and 104% (at 0.1 µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, BT-Med + BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated test group. ALP activity in MG-63 cells was significantly increased by 105.7% at 10 µg/mL in the UT-Med + BT-TI group, while in Ishikawa cells showed maximum increased ALP activity by 368% and 602% at 0.1 µg/mL in the UT-Med + BT-TI and BT-Med + BT-TI groups respectively, as compared to the untreated group. Hair gives one of the most memorable images of a person’s identity. Hair loss has an enormous impact on quality of life. Although various treatment strategies are available to prevent hair loss, unfortunately not adequate. Hence, in this context authors performed this study to evaluate the impact of Consciousness Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treatment on the test item (DMEM) in human follicular dermal papilla culture cells for the assessment of hair cell growth and development in vitro. The test item, DMEM was divided into three parts. First part did not receive any sort of treatment and defined as the untreated DMEM group. The second and third parts were treated with the one-time and two-times Biofield Energy Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and coded as the one-time Biofield Energy Treated DMEM (BT-I) and two-times Biofield Energy Treated DMEM (BT-II) groups, respectively. Results showed that BT-I group exhibited 14.8%, however BT-II group was significantly (p≤0.001) increased cellular proliferation of dermal papilla cells by 124.3% compared to the untreated DMEM group. The results demonstrated that the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment significantly increased the proliferation of human hair follicle dermal papilla cells. Mitochondria, a signaling organelles are responsible for energy metabolism within the cell, while its dysfunction in any form could results in the cell death due to an increased oxidative stress and that leads to various metabolic diseases. The aim of the present study was to examine the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing based DMEM medium on murine myoblasts (C2C12) cells to evaluate the mitochondrial mass content using 10-N-nonyl acridine orange (NAO) dye assay. The test item, DMEM was divided into three parts. First part did not receive any sort of treatment and defined as the untreated DMEM group. The second and third parts were treated with the one-time and two-times Biofield Energy Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and coded as the one-time Biofield Energy Treated DMEM (BT-I) and two-times Biofield Energy Treated DMEM (BT-II) groups, respectively. Cell viability of the test items using MTT assay showed 72.32%, 97.89%, and 104.96% viable cells in the untreated DMEM, BT-I, and BT-II groups, respectively suggested that the test items were nontoxic and safe in murine myoblasts (C2C12) cells. Further, the mitochondrial mass content in terms of Fluorescence Unit (FU) was significantly (p≤0.05) increased by 43.11% and 64.52% in the BT-I and BT-II groups, respectively in C2C12 cells compared to the untreated DMEM group. Thus, overall experimental data suggested that two-times blessed DMEM showed a significant improvement of mitochondrial mass content and results in better thermogenesis. In the present study, results demonstrated that an increased mitochondrial mass content in the cells, when treated with The Trivedi Effect®. This indicates that the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM has the great potential to improve thermogenesis, which can be used against various metabolic diseases, such as insulin resistance, type-2 diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases.

The study objective was to evaluate the potential of Biofield Treatment on novel proprietary formulation for skin health using HFF-1, HaCaT, and B16-F10 cells. The test formulation and DMEM were divided into two parts. One part received Biofield Treatment by Gopal Nayak and defined as Biofield Treated (BT) sample, while other part was denoted as untreated (UT) sample. MTT assay showed more than 70% cell viability, suggested the test formulation were safe and nontoxic. BrdU data showed an increased cell proliferation by 170%, 170%, and 212% at 0.1 µg/mL in UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation, BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation, respectively than untreated group. Collagen was significantly increased by 140.8% at 5 µg/mL in UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation than untreated. Elastin was significantly increased by 233.3%, 313.3%, and 637.8% at 0.01 µg/mL in UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation, BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation, respectively than untreated. Hyaluronic acid in UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation, BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation was significantly increased by 191.8%, 461.0%, and 322.5%, respectively at 0.01 µg/mL than untreated. Melanin synthesis was significantly inhibited by 44.7% (10 µg/mL) and 45.2% (10 µg/mL) in UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation and BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation, respectively contrast to untreated. Anti-wrinkling activity was improved with increased cell viability by 88.9% and 92.9% at 1 and 25 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation than untreated. Cell viability was significantly increased by 97.6% and 75.16% at 0.1 and 1 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation than untreated. The UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation showed increased cellular migration by 2722.2% (0.01 µg/mL) in HaCaT cells than untreated. Overall, result suggests that the Trivedi Effect® has shown significant beneficial effects on skin health parameters that might lead to its potential use in various aging-related disorders, psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, skin cancer, rashes from bacterial or fungal infections, and many more skin diseases.

Chromium trioxide (CrO3) has many industrial applications for the manufacturing of aerospace parts, synthetic rubies, stripping agent, etc. but it is very hygroscopic, toxic and powerful oxidizing material. The objective of this study was to evaluate the influence of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of CrO3 using modern analytical techniques. The sample was divided into two parts, one part of the test sample was considered as the control sample (no Biofield Treatment was provided), while another portion received the Biofield Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak and termed as the treated sample. The particle size values of the treated CrO3 were increased by 2.39%, 4.52%, 4.42%, and 4.15% at d10, d50, d90, and D(4,3), respectively compared to the control sample. Thus, the specific surface area of the treated CrO3 was decreased by 4.27% compared with the control sample. The PXRD peak intensities of the treated CrO3 were significantly altered ranging from -73.48% to 212.5% compared with the control sample. Similarly, the crystallite sizes of the treated sample were significantly altered ranging from -38.7% to 167.39% compared to the control sample. However, the average crystallite size of the treated sample was increased by 4.25% compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion of the treated sample was significantly increased by 556.45% compared with the control sample. The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might produce a new polymorphic form of CrO3 which would be better powder flowability and lower solubility; hence it will show the lower absorption and toxicity on inhalation, ingestion, contact to skin and eye, chronic exposure, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions. The Biofield Energy Treated CrO3 sample would be very useful for the ceramic industry manufacturing the synthetic rubies, stripping agent of anodic coatings, aerospace parts, etc.

Metronidazole is an antibiotic and used for the treatment of the diseases caused by the anaerobic bacteria and protozoa. The aim of this research work was to estimate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical, thermal behavior of metronidazole using modern analytical techniques. The test sample metronidazole was divided into two parts. One part of the sample did not receive the Biofield Energy Treatment and called as a control sample. While the other part was received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a well-known Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak and termed as a treated sample. The particle size values in the treated metronidazole powder sample were significantly decreased by 25.47% (d10), 12.96% (d50), 11.16% (d90), and 13.49% {D (4,3)}; thus, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 33.21% compared to the control sample. The powder XRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes of the treated powder sample were significantly altered ranging from -43.4% to 396.77% and -67.47% to 187.56%, respectively; whereas, the average crystallite size was significantly decreased by 13.16% compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion and latent heat of decomposition were significantly increased by 14.44% and 23.39%, respectively in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The weight loss was decreased by 1.49%; hence the residue amount was significantly increased by 65.2% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The maximum thermal degradation temperature was increased by 3.04% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might have generated a new polymorphic form of metronidazole which may offer better solubility, dissolution rate, absorption, bioavailability, therapeutic efficacy, and thermal stability compared with the control sample. The Consciousness Energy Healing Treated metronidazole sample would be more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations for the treatment of the infections in the vagina, stomach, liver, skin, joints, brain, and respiratory tract, aspiration pneumonia, fungating wounds, rosacea, amoebiasis, periodontitis, etc.

Sulfamethoxazole is the sulfonamide class of antibiotic that acts as a bacteriostatic agent against various bacteria. The current study was aimed to analyze the impact of the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) on various properties of sulfamethoxazole by using different modern analytical techniques. For this, the sample was first divided into two parts, followed by considering one part as a control sample (no treatment was given). The second part was named as the Biofield Energy Treated sample that was remotely given the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak. The particle size values were reduced by 14.35%(d10), 8.93%(d50), 7.84%(d90), and 9.24%{D(4,3)}; therefore, the specific surface area was increased by 9.68% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from -68.71% to 40.38% and -31.58% to 169.60%, respectively; however, the average crystallite size was significantly increased by 9.49% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The residue weight and maximum thermal degradation temperature were increased by 2.12% and 3.25%, respectively in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The decomposition temperature, latent heat of fusion, and latent heat of decomposition were significantly increased by 11.44%, 48.27%, and 22.59%, respectively in the treated sample compared to the control sample. Thus, the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treated sulfamethoxazole might have formed a new polymorph with reduced particle size and improved surface area and thermal stability. Skin reflects the correlation between the overall inner-health and aging status, which is the complex biological process influenced by the various factors. The present work evaluated the impact of Biofield Energy (The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing) Treatment on the test formulation and cell medium (DMEM) for various skin health parameters using HFF-1, HaCaT, and B16-F10 cells. The test formulation was consisted of seven ingredients viz. zinc chloride, ferrous sulfate, copper chloride, magnesium gluconate, pyridoxine HCl, vitamin B12, and vitamin D3. The test formulation and DMEM media were divided into two parts. One part received the Biofield Energy Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and defined as the Biofield Treated (BT) sample, while other was denoted as the Untreated (UT) samples. MTT assay using test formulation showed greater than 76% cell viability, suggested safe and nontoxic profile at tested concentrations. Cell proliferation data using BrdU method showed an improved cell proliferation by 127.92% and 121.20% at 50 µg/mL in the BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation and BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation groups, respectively compared with the untreated group. The collagen level was significantly increased by 13.08%, and 15.98% at 50 and 100 µg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation group compared with the untreated group. The level of elastin was increased by 28.09% at 50 µg/mL in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation group, compared with the untreated group. Hyaluronic acid level was significantly (p≤0.001) increased by 86.10% and 35.14% at 10 and 50 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation group as compared with the untreated group. Moreover, melanin synthesis was significantly inhibited by 16.96% at 10 µg/mL in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation group compared with the untreated group. Anti-wrinkling effect exhibited improved cell viability by 65.63% and 69.95% at 1 and 10 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation group compared with the untreated group. In vitro wound healing activity using scratch assay significantly improved healing rate and cell migration upto 58.55% in the HFF-1 cells in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation group, while upto 231.25% in HaCaT cells lines in UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation group compared with the untreated group. In conclusion, The Trivedi Effect® based test formulation and DMEM have the significant capacity to improve overall skin health, reversal of aging process and suggests its use in psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, skin cancer, rashes from bacterial or fungal infections, and many more skin diseases.

The study objective was to investigate the potential of the Consciousness Energy Treated test formulation on vital organs like bones, heart, liver, lungs, and brain using various cell-based assays. The test formulation and the cell media was divided into two parts; one untreated (UT) and other part received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Su-Mei Chen Liu, USA and was labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) test formulation/media. Cell viability data suggested that the test formulation was safe and non-toxic in nature in six different cells. The experimental groups of Biofield Treated Medium (BT-Med) + Biofield Treated Test Item (BT-TI) group showed 53.5% (at 0.1 µg/mL), 127.9% (at 10 µg/mL), and 53.3% (at 25 µg/mL) restoration of cell viability, respectively in human cardiac fibroblasts cells (HCF) compared to the UT-Med + UT-TI group. Moreover, the UT-Med + BT-TI group showed 144% and 87.9% restoration of cell viability at 1 and 10 µg/mL, respectively in human hepatoma cells (HepG2) compared to the untreated group. Furthermore, 195%, 242.5%, and 117.5% restoration of cell viability was observed in adenocarcinomic human alveolar basal epithelial cells (A549) by UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively at 0.1 µg/mL compared to the untreated. The alkaline phosphatase (ALP) level was significantly increased by 94.2% (at 10 µg/mL) in the BT-Med + BT-TI; while 87.6%, 90.5%, and 90.3% in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively at 50 µg/mL in human bone osteosarcoma cells (MG-63) compared to the untreated. Additionally, the level of ALP was significantly increased by 249.5% and 167.4% in the UT-Med + BT-TI and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively at 1 µg/mL in human endometrial adenocarcinoma cells (Ishikawa) compared to the untreated. The percent protection of HCF (heart) cells (decreased of LDH activity) was significantly increased by 94.5% (at 0.1 µg/mL) and 77.7% (at 25 µg/mL) in the BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively; while 58.4% (at 10 µg/mL) in the BT-Med + BT-TI group compared to the untreated in HCF cells. The percent protection of HepG2 (liver) cells (decreased of ALT activity) was significantly increased by 70.3% and 106% in the UT-Med + BT-TI and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively 1 µg/mL compared to untreated in HepG2 cells. The percent protection of A549 (lungs) cells (increased of SOD activity) was significantly increased by 95.9% in the UT-Med + BT-TI group at 0.1 µg/mL compared to untreated in A549 cells. Serotonin level was significantly increased by 58.4% and 135.9% in the BT-Med + BT-TI group at 10 and 25 µg/mL, respectively; while 72.8% (at 25 µg/mL) in the BT-Med + UT-TI group as compared to untreated in human neuroblastoma cells (SH-SY5Y). The relative quantification (RQ) of vitamin D receptor (VDR) was significantly increased by 373.2% (at 1 µg/mL) and 263.1% (at 10 µg/mL) in the BT-Med + UT-TI group; while 318.4% (at 1 µg/mL) and 224.4% (at 10 µg/mL) in the BT-Med + BT-TI group as compared to the untreated in MG-63 cells. Overall, these results suggest that Biofield Energy Treated test formulation has significantly improved the bones, heart, liver, lungs, and brain-related functional enzyme biomarkers. Altogether data suggest that the Biofield Energy Treatment (The Trivedi Effect®) can be useful to protect and maintain the normal function of each vital organ such as lungs, liver, heart, brain, and bones. Therefore, The Trivedi Effect® can be used as a complementary and alternative therapy against several disorders such as heart attack, coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, Wilson disease, hemochromatosis, cirrhosis, liver cancer, pneumonia, asthma, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, cystic fibrosis, osteoporosis, etc.

The present study was performed to investigate the Hepatoprotective potential of the Biofield Energy (The Trivedi Effect®) Treated test item, Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) in HepG2 cells. The test item was distributed into two parts. One part received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and was labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group and the other part referred as the untreated DMEM group, where no Biofield Treatment was provided. Results showed that more than 97% cell viability of the test items were observed by MTT assay, which indicated a safe and nontoxic nature of the test items. The Biofield Treated DMEM showed significant (p≤0.001) protection of cells by 10% against oxidative stress induced by t-BHP, while the untreated DMEM group showed 0.4% protection. The level of interleukin-8 (IL-8) was significantly (p≤0.01) reduced by 31.57% in Biofield Treated DMEM than untreated DMEM. The level of ALT enzyme activity was significantly (p≤0.001) reduced by 66% in Biofield Treated DMEM compared to untreated DMEM. Cholesterol level was significantly (p≤0.001) reduced by 46.23% in Biofield Treated DMEM than untreated DMEM. Besides, Biofield Treated DMEM group showed 51.18% increased the level of albumin compared to untreated DMEM group. Overall, results demonstrated that Biofield Treatment significantly protect the liver hepatocytes against oxidative stress. Therefore, Consciousness Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treatment might be useful as a hepatoprotectant against different types of liver injuries like cirrhosis, alcohol abuse, hemochromatosis, Wilson’s disease, Gilbert’s disease, cholangiocarcinoma, steatosis, Budd-Chiari syndrome, etc.

The current status of research and development on the structure and properties of nanocrystalline materials is reviewed. Nanocrystalline materials are polycrystalline materials with grain sizes of up to about 100 nm. Because of the extremely small dimensions, a large volume fraction of the atoms is located at the grain boundaries, and this confers special attributes to these materials.Nanocrystalline materials can be prepared by inert gas condensation, mechanical alloying, plasma deposition, spray conversion processing, and many other methods. These are briefly reviewed. A clear picture of the structure of nanocrystalline materials is only now emerging. Whereas the earlier workers had concluded that the structure of grain boundaries in nanocrystalline materials was quite different from that in coarse grained materials, recent studies have shown unambiguously that the structure of the grain boundaries is the same in both nanocrystalline and coarse grained materials.The properties of nanocrystalline materials are very often superior to those of conventional polycrystalline coarse grained materials. Nanocrystalline materials exhibit increased strength/hardness, enhanced diffusivity, improved ductility/toughness, reduced density, reduced elastic modulus, higher electrical resistivity, increased specific heat, higher thermal expansion coefficient, lower thermal conductivity, and superior soft magnetic properties in comparison with conventional coarse grained materials. New concepts of nanocomposites and nanoglasses are also being investigated with special emphasis on ceramic composites to increase their strength and toughness. There appears to be a great potential for applications in the near future for nanocrystalline materials. The extensive investigations in recent years on structure-property correlations in nanocrystalline materials have begun to unravel the complexities of these materials, and pave the way for successful exploitation of alloy design principles to synthesise better materials than hitherto available.

Titanium powders of about 2 mu particle size were subjected to high energy attrition milling in an argon atmosphere. Selecting suitable milling parameters, nanosize (< 100 nm) titanium powders were prepared after 15 h of milling. An average particle size of 35 nm was obtained at 30 h of milling after which the particle size stabilized with continuation of milling to 75 h. The powders after milling for various durations were characterized by TEM, ICP and XRD, and these results are reported and discussed.

The recent interest in the properties of ceramics with grain sizes less than 100 nm has created a need for processing routes with which to manufacture such ceramics. This article briefly reviews the variety of techniques currently used to manufacture ultrafine starting powders, compact the powders, and sinter them into bulk nanocrystalline ceramics. The unique challenges associated with processing such fine structures are discussed together with each technique. Major obstacles have included the difficulty (now largely overcome) of producing sufficient quantities of ultrafine powders; the strong tendency of nanocrystalline powders to agglomerate; the difficulty of manufacturing homogeneous, stress free compacts from ultrafine powders; and the ever present obstacle of unwanted grain growth during sintering. Despite numerous technical difficulties, researchers have managed to develop techniques for processing ultrafine powders into nanocrystalline ceramics which are both fully dense (or near fully dense) and still retain a grain size less than 100 nm. Pressureless sintering, sinter-forging, hot pressing, and hot isostatic pressing, when carried out under the correct conditions, have all been shown to be capable of producing nanocrystalline ceramics. Microwave sintering, rapid rate sintering, plasma activated sintering, and shock compaction techniques have produced near-nanocrystalline ceramics. At the root of these accomplishments is an improved understanding of, and exploitation of, the microstructural events which occur during traditional powder processing procedures.

We have developed methods for the synthesis and coagulation of ultrafine silver powders in the water-Triton N-42-decane inverted-micellar system. Varying AgNO3 concentration (1–5 mol/L), the type of reducing agent (hydrazine or potassium borohydride), and the coagulation method (spontaneous or induced by acetone or water addition) allowed us to select the parameters that provide powders containing about 98% silver and having particle sizes of 15–80 nm. We propose methodology for characterizing ultrafine silver powders comprising the determination of the total and surface composition and the charge state of impurities using atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS), atomic emission spectroscopy (AES), microanalysis, FTIR spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The impurity composition of the nanomaterial is found to depend on the type of reducing agent, the synthesis parameters, and coagulation conditions.
