This research deals with the state of women entrepreneurship process with emphasis on Iranian society. One of the main indicators for measuring and evaluating development and progress in each country is the rate of women participation in production process. This research has met the scale of women creativity, trading and innovations in economic, social and cultural sectors. Findings indicate that in spite of gaining binary roles, employed women have positive senses toward their own activities. Being interested in working the employed women have been able to invest for their future. Even if they do not work for money, they can achieve independence and financial security and manage new conditions of the social life.
