В статье рассмотрен технологический процесс влажно-тепловой обработки одежды и требования к способам процесса формообразования деталей одежды. Изучены направления совершенствования процессов влажно-тепловой обработки швейных изделий также приведен метод усовершенствования процесса с использованием подушки пресса из нового композитного материала
The dependence of deformation on the applied force was studied, dependency graphs were obtained for a series of tests on a Zwick Roell Z010 machine, the maximum force, elongation and stress, and the breaking load of the fur samples were determined by the strip method. Based on experimental data, it was revealed that uniaxial tension of samples gives a sharp difference in properties in mutually perpendicular directions. The results are taken into account in the development of recommendations for the selection of parameters in the manufacture of hats.

RESUMO Os tecidos têxteis têm diferentes propriedades de transferência de calor, que dependem das condições de consumo do produto e de vários tipos de processamento. Tudo isso é de interesse científico para identificar fatores e propriedades de materiais individuais. O objetivo do estudo foi monitorar a transferência de calor através de embalagens de materiais têxteis multicamada em condições térmicas estacionárias e transitórias. Uma propriedade especial dos materiais têxteis reside na capacidade de se deformar sob o seu próprio peso, de modo que uma amostra possa ser colocada entre as células do material com alta resistência ao calor. A transferência de calor é realizada por convecção de calor entre a superfície do material e o ar. Para o estudo, a lei de Fourier foi usada nos cálculos e métodos numéricos para resolver problemas de condução de calor. O programa desenvolvido, criado para pesquisa, permite gravar parâmetros em um computador e usá-los para calcular as propriedades termofísicas da amostra. Como resultado do trabalho, foram apresentados gráficos do estado de embalagem dos materiais e foi proposto um dispositivo que permite determinar os modos que caracterizam as propriedades termofísicas dos materiais utilizados na fabricação de roupas e suas embalagens. O dispositivo permite com alta precisão registrar, gravar e armazenar alterações nos parâmetros em que os estudos foram realizados. ABSTRACT Textile fabrics have different heat transfer properties, which depend on the conditions of consumption of the product and various types of processing. All this is of scientific interest for identifying factors and features of individual materials. The purpose of the study was to track heat transfer through packages of multilayer textile materials in stationary and transient thermal conditions. A particular property of textile materials lies in their ability to deform under their weight so that a sample can be placed between meshes of a material with high heat resistance. Heat transfer is carried out by convective heat transfer between the surface of the material and the air. To conduct this study, the Fourier law was used in the calculations and numerical methods for solving heat conduction problems. The developed program, which was created for the study, permit to write parameters to a computer and uses them to calculate the thermophysical properties of the sample. As a result of the work, graphs of the state of the package of materials were presented, and a device was proposed that allows to determine the modes that characterize the thermophysical properties of the materials used in the manufacture of clothing and Periódico Tchê Química. Целью исследования было отслеживание теплообмена через пакеты многослойных текстильных материалов в стационарных и переходных тепловых условиях. Особое свойство текстильных материалов заключается в их способности деформироваться под действием собственного веса, так что образец может быть помещен между ячейками материала с высокой термостойкостью. Теплопередача осуществляется путем конвективного теплообмена между поверхностью материала и воздухом. Для проведения исследования использовался закон Фурье в расчетах и численные методы решения задач теплопроводности. Разработанная программа, созданная для исследования, позволяет записывать параметры в компьютер и использовать их для расчета теплофизических свойств образца. В результате работы были представлены графики состояния упаковки материалов и предложено устройство, позволяющее определять режимы, характеризующие теплофизические свойства материалов, используемых при изготовлении одежды и ее упаковок. Устройство допускает с высокой точностью регистрировать, записывать и хранить изменения параметров, при которых проводились исследования. The article provides materials on the shaping of parts of clothing (the back of a men's jacket) with a stream of compressed air acting on the material being processed through a rubber membrane to a special pre-punched profile. With the help of the membrane-free theory of the shell, the required value of the technological pressure of air for the deformation of various costume fabrics has been calculated.
The article presents features of developed method of sewing goods with composite reinforcing elements manufacturing. Application of the described method allows to manufacture apparels with gradient characteristics, provides form stability of textile enclosure without usage of additional details and technological operations.
The article is devoted to the development and research of the properties of metallized conductive threads used for the manufacture of materials shielding high-voltage electric fields, used in special clothes for workers in the fuel and energy industry. The ECN fiber is obtained by the metallization of synthetic fiber nitron, which is subjected to a two-stage chemical-galvanic metallization on a specially designed installation. As a result, about 17% of nickel metal is deposited on the fiber, and it acquires a sufficiently high electrical conductivity. It has been established that the processed fiber fully retains its physical-mechanical properties (strength and elongation), due to which it can be easily processed on serial textile equipment mixed with other fibers.
In the article research results are presented, which aim to provide treated textile electrostatic properties study. In the article research results are presented, which aim to provide find out abilities of an anti-electrostatic treatment and binding agents for it in treatment of special textile materials and their dependance from modes of operating textile washing. Results of determine a composition and abilities of a functional impregnation; develop a method to study values of electrostatic field for tribocharging conditions of textile materialsare; experimental studies of electrostatic values of materials with functional treatment depending on operating washing modes also presented here. Study results allowed to establish efficiency of the proposed combination of anti-electrostatic active composition based on 5 % solution of dialkyldimethylammonium chloride with a binding agent with the effect to preserve the treatment in the material structure and content of which is 4 % in application of textile fabric with widely used fiber content (cotton 53 %, polyester + oil and water-proofing finish). Acrylic dispersion is stable film-forming component suitable in preserving anti-electrostatic treatment on the surface of a textile material. Устройство для формования объемных деталей одежды содержит перфорированную форму-колодку 2 с форсунками 3 для подачи полимерного материала, основание 1, на котором закреплена куполообразная резиновая мембрана 6, расположенная под перфорированной формойколодкой 2, и воздушный компрессор 9, присоединенный посредством трубопровода 8 к нижней части основания 1. Согласно изобретению куполообразнаярезиноваямембрана6выполнена с равномерно увеличивающейся толщиной от верхней точки купола к основанию 1. Толщину мембраны 6 в каждой ее точке определяют по формуле h=(P/σt)R, где h - толщина куполообразной резиновой мембраны, мм; P -предельное давление для формообразования объемного участка детали одежды, Н/мм2; σt -тангенциальное окружное напряжение обрабатываемого материала, Н/мм2; R - радиус кривизны перфорированной формы-колодки, мм.

Гладильный элемент подушки гладильного пресса включает слои стеклоткани с расположенными между ними фиксирующими слоями. Согласно изобретению слои стеклоткани наложены друг на друга таким образом, что основныенитивышележащегослоярасположены под углом, превышающим угол направления основной нити нижележащего слоя, при этом смежные слои стеклоткани чередуются между собой по плотности, а фиксирующие слои выполнены из эпоксидной смолы для пропитки слоев стеклоткани с образованием многослойного пакета композитного материала. Разработанная программа, которая создана для проведения исследования, позволяет записывать параметры в компьютер и использует их для расчета теплофизических свойств образца. Arctic climate is inextricably linked with low temperatures, so the human activity in it is ensured by the properties of protective clothing. The authors have developed new special experimental equipment for studying the explosive characteristics of chilled textile materials for special heat-protective clothing. An analysis of the research of scientists working in the field of heatprotective properties of clothing and materials is presented, a patent search is carried out. The range of modern textile upper materials for heat-protective special clothing is substantiated and experimental studies have been carried out on new equipment for a number of materials at low temperature in the conditions of cyclic freezing of samples for heat-protective clothing. The dependence of the discontinuous characteristics on the fibrous composition and surface density under conditions of actual cooling for various modes of cyclic freezing has been established, it follows that mixed fabrics are less susceptible to destruction upon freezing, and subsequently to breaking loads.
Трансформируемая многофункциональная одежда, включающая полочку с застежкой, спинку, рукава, элементы разъемной застежки и дополнительные фиксирующие детали, отличающаяся тем, что рукава выполнены цельнокройными, совместно с полочкой и спинкой, при этом на спинке и полочке образованы боковые вертикальные рельефы, совмещенные со стороны полочки с передней рельефной линией рукава, а со стороны спинки с локтевым рельефным швом рукава, образуя переднюю и заднюю линии разъема, в которые вшиты разъемные молнии для возможности отсоединения боковых элементов одежды и присоединения по передним и задним линиям разъема дополнительных фиксирующих деталей, трансформирующих одежду в «кейп», боковые элементы одежды снизу стянуты эластичной боковой деталью, внутри которой пропущен шнур, а сзади каждой эластичной детали пришит элемент застежки, при этом отсоединенные по линиям разъема от одежды два боковых элемента с помощью застежки-молнии имеют возможность быть соединенными между собой с образованием сумки-рюкзака, в которой дном является эластичный элемент, стянутый шнуром, а горловиной - собранный в «гармошку» низ рукавов, с помощью элементов застежки, расположенных сзади эластичной детали и внутри рукавов, прикреплены ручки сумки-рюкзака.
This article presents the results of experimental studies on increasing the strength of cotton sewing threads, to which the demand at manufacturing enterprises increases from year to year. The quality that determines the suitability for the functional purpose of competitive garments depends on many factors, among which more attention is paid to the quality of the sewing threads used in their manufacture. This is primarily due to an increase in the quality of products on the part of consumers. Therefore, an important technological task is the development of new progressive methods of processing sewing threads in order to increase their strength and create the prerequisites for the introduction of innovative technologies based on the localization of production and import substitution.
This article presents the results of an analysis of the materials used with antibacterial properties for light industry products. In recent years, among the basic hygienic requirements for special-purpose products, the requirement for the presence of antibacterial properties has been added. All these requirements are directly related to the materials of the top and lining, as well as to the internal materials of the product. These materials are in direct contact with the surface of the human body, and their hygienic properties form the properties of the product itself. The most commonly used textile materials (cotton, non-woven, knitted fabrics, etc.) and genuine leather, impregnated with various antibacterial compositions.
Abstract. In the article research results are presented, which aim to provide of automation algorithm mathematical model of designing technology clothing of the cold protection. The method of calculating heat transfer in the "human - environment" system takes into account the variable thermal parameters and the geometric dimensions of the elements, the presence of internal heat sources and convective heat transfer with the heat-carrier flow along the layers and between the calculated elements . Then the problem is reduced to a onedimensional heat conduction problem with a variable thermal conductivity coefficient. When modeling a human body, we assume that each element of the model is represented as a set of elliptical cylinders forming the inner layers. Four main concepts of the geometric representation of the outer and inner solutions of the human body model have been developed to simulate the problems of human heat exchange with the environment. An algorithm is proposed for determining the type and structure of a mathematical model for use in CAD systems of protective clothing designing. FIELD: satisfaction of human vital needs. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for production of fur products, which includes placing on the substrate of the fur pieces a side opposite to its pile surface, and their fixation by a thread suture, wherein the substrate is a par t of the product cut from the fabric by the template, on which the collagen polymer composition is applied, when fur pieces are placed on fabric, geometrical lines are used, which are determined by the configuration of fur rier y wastes, fur pieces are glued to the fabric par t, after which a tambour single chain seam is laid along the edges of fur pieces and in gaps between their edges. EFFECT: technical result consists in rational use of fur rier y wastes and widening range of fur products.
The article deals with the use of composite materials that meet modern requirements of industrial production, its varieties, composition, their properties, methods for producing composite nonwoven fibers materials, the effectiveness of their use in production conditions, including the use of working bodies (pillows) equipment for wet-heat treatment of parts of garments. Also provides information about the methods and mechanisms of formation of a package of working bodies (pillows) equipment for wet-heat treatment of garments in the application of composite nonwoven fibers materials.

Given work presents the selection of special clothes design parameters on the basis of optimisation of dynamic conformance parameters. As a result of studies conducted on the basis of obtained mathematical model the optimal values of special clothes design parameters were defined, which provide not only the high levels of static conformity, but also high levels of dynamic conformity. Taking into account the obtained optimal values of design parameters curve gage was developed and special clothes sample was produced that had optimal allowance values such as Acc=16.36 cm, Aae=9.63 cm, Asc=22.36 cm.
This article focuses on ergonomic studies of dynamic compliance of parameters within the "man-special clothing" system for workers of the oil industry. These coefficients of linear model of the system "man-special clothing" are quite significant indicators of the impact on the dimensional features of overalls.

In the paper several types of multilayer materials are proposed, which consist of fire-resistant woven and nonwoven materials. The developed non-woven material is a fabric made from woolen and m-ar amide fibers connected in a combined way and which are components of a new multilayer material for welder's uniform The proposed new woven materials due to their specific properties are suggested for an plication as internal layers of protective clothing. Abstract. One of the direct methods for studying the supramolecular structure of polymeric materials, including cotton fibers, is the electron microscopy method. This section describes the results of studying the supramolecular structure of Yulduz variety fibers subjected to different drying temperatures. For the study, raw cotton was taken from three sections of the riot: upper, middle and lower parts. To study the change in the supramolecular structure during these transformations, two independent methods of electron microscopy were used. These research methods allow you to investigate changes occurring on the surface (replica method) and the secondary wall (hydrolysis method) of fibers. Keywords. Abstract: torsion of threads for sewing threads is one of the main technological processes in the production of textile materials. Twisted household yarn is widespread. The need for it is growing every year. Twisted yarn is a thread consisting of two or more yarns. Twisted yarn has higher qualities than single yarn. The main advantages of twisted yarn are: stable structure, increased breaking load, uniformity of elongation, resistance to abrasion, elasticity, uniformity, gloss and smoothness. The expansion of the range of high-quality fabrics, knitwear, curtains and tulle products necessitates a further increase in the production of twisted yarn. The article is dedicated to the development of calculation method of a base line mass of a polymer compound to be applied onto the textiles with an added performance of friability relative to each other. The method of strengthening of the yarned joints of products from the range of fabrics of sparse structures is being considered. The obtained results of the research made possible to reveal the negative influence of such indicators as the friability and moving ability of the yarns on the quality of yarn crossections (move ability and friability of yarns in the fabric, it's tensile strength, stiffness, etc.) and the product as a whole, which make possible to use progressive processing methods during the selection of garment production technology. To ensure the required quality and reliability of yarned joints of garments made of highly expandable fabrics, the studies have been carried out. At the same time, as a control, a fabric was chosen without applying a polymer and another alternative variant was chosen as well, using the liquid-phase polymer compositions along the seams. The control and alternative variants of the samples were subject to comparative assessment according to the criteria of tensile strength, resistance to friability, flexural rigidity, air permeability and resistance to washing. As a result of the studies, the rational parameters of the technological conditions of applying the liquid-phase polymer composition onto the jointing stiches of the garment components were established to improve the performance properties.

The article is devoted to the study and evaluation of the impact of the polymer composition applied to the surface of the cross-linked textile materials with a high extensibility of the threads on the physical and mechanical properties of the fabric and thread compounds from them. The result of the research, rational parameters of technological conditions of application of the compositions on the connecting seam of a garment with the improved ex-operational properties.
The article provides a device for applying a polymer composition to the lines of materials being grinded. The dynamics of the machine unit is considered, the laws of motion of the device rollers are determined, and based on the analysis of graphical dependencies, the recommended system parameters are justified. On the basis of full-factor experiments, device parameters are recommended for various stitched materials.

В статье предлагается несколько вариантов пакетов одежды, состоящих из многослойных, огнестойких тканых и нетканых материалов. Разработанный нетканый материал представляет собой полотно из шерстяных и м-арамидных волокон, скрепленных комбинированным способом, которые являются составляющими в новом пакете спецодежды для сварщиков. Предлагаемые новые нетканые материалы за счет специфичности их свойств предполагается применять в качестве внутренних слоев пакета защитной одежды. В результате исследований получены результаты, свидетельствующие о стойкости различных видов материалов к воспламеняемости.

Results of researches on determination of durability of prototypes of heat-insulating nonwoven fabrics of the firefighters who are usedfor design of special clothes are presented in article.
The study presents the results of experimental studies on assessment, in particular, the substantiation of the use of polymer compositions and their application to the surface of a semi-finished product which provides the desired form stability and reliability, meeting the modern requirements of industrial production and the efficiency of their use in production conditions. In this case, the processing of all-seamed details of garments made from natural fur with the subsequent obtaining of a given shape by using the deformation properties of natural raw materials. As a result of the research, recommendations were given on the use of the proposed reinforcement options and the methods of the all-molded product package using a polymer composition which makes it possible to improve the quality and shape stability of the garment details of their fur semi-finished products.
Abstract: in this article, the main results of studies on the determination of hygienic properties for tissues and packages of products calculated for the school uniform of adolescents living in the middle climatic zone of the Republic of Uzbekistan are given. In assessing the heat-shielding properties of materials, in designing clothes and the design of the processes of sewing production necessary characteristic is thickness of materials. Thickness significantly affects the physical properties of the material and from it depends on the size of allowances, the height of the flooring, the mode of wet-heat treatment at designing clothes. Thickness is the main indicator of the quality of insulating gaskets, since the appointment of insulating gaskets is ensuring heat-shielding properties of clothing. Changing the package thickness by 1mm leads to a change their total thermal resistance is 5–10% in conditions of calm air and 4–6 % with the wind. The purpose of the work is to study the dependence of the volume of the package on their filling and the effect of thickness on the thermal conductivity of a multi-layer package clothes. As a result of the research, a new filling ratio was proposed.
Special clothing for oil industry workers is worked out using the textile v.c. 18422 a/X-m chosen based on the labor results, computer graphic and new technologies [1-3]. It’s to be noted, that during the laboratory tests the impact of basic and harmful industrial factors on the special clothing wasn’t determined. In order to find out the protecting properties of designed special clothing, the industrial tests in the process of experimental wear were carried out in JSC “Master Munay-Gaz Energo” within the 6 months.
