erschienen im Magazin Digitale Welt (14.10.21), abrufbar online unter: https://digitaleweltmagazin.de/fachbeitrag/psychologie-und-die-zukunft-der-arbeit/ Viele Expert*innen äußern sich zur Zukunft der Arbeit. Häufig sind es Volkswirt*innen und Forscher*innen in neueren Feldern wie der Künstlichen Intelligenz (KI). Wer bisher eher schweigt, sind Psycholog*innen. Möglicherweise aus Berührungsängsten mit neuen Technologien und ökonomischen Prognosemodellen. Dabei kann es keine Arbeitswelt ohne menschliches Erleben und Verhalten geben und gerade das ist die Kernkompetenz der Psychologie. Daher wurde der 122 Fachartikel von 181 Expert*innen umfassende Sonderband Zukunft der Arbeit [3] nach psychologischen Aspekten der Zukunft der Arbeit inhaltsanalytisch untersucht. Die Expert*innen und deren Artikel entstammen einer Vielzahl von Disziplinen und Tätigkeitsfeldern (KI-Forscher*innen, PR-Spezialist*innen, Professor*innen, Praktiker*innen), die ihre Sichtweise auf das Thema Zukunft der Arbeit darstellten. Nachfolgend werden einige zentrale Ergebnisse der Analyse aufgeführt. Anhand von Praxisnuggets werden Handlungsimpulse gegeben, die aus den Ergebnissen abgeleitet werden können.

Der Beitrag zeigt auf, welche Rolle die akademische Psychologie in Forschung und Anwendung von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) spielen könnte und sollte. Hierbei wird insbesondere die Rolle der Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie beleuchtet und das Erleben und Verhalten von Mitarbeitenden im Kontext tätigkeitsbezogener Automation in den Mittelpunkt gestellt.

KURZFASSUNG: Die Zukunft der Arbeit liegt längst nicht mehr in ferner Zukunft – wir stecken schon mittendrin. Neue Technologien am Arbeitsplatz, Künstliche Intelligenz und Automatisierung sorgen für Umbrüche der Arbeitswelt. Für uns Menschen bedeutet das vor allem eins: Veränderung. Unser Arbeitsalltag, unsere Aufgaben und unsere Tätigkeiten verändern sich – für einige nur marginal, für andere jedoch gravierend. Das kann Ängste schüren und überfordern, aber auch Hoffnung machen und motivieren. Obwohl all das Themen der Psychologie betrifft, ist die Disziplin noch erstaunlich still, wenn es um die Zukunft der Arbeit geht. Dieser Beitrag plädiert für eine stärkere Rolle der Psychologie in der Debatte um die Zukunft der Arbeit und umreißt, wie sich die Disziplin verändern kann, um ihrer Rolle bei der Gestaltung der Arbeitswelt gerecht zu werden. Arbeit wird digitaler, flexibler und vernetzter und intelligente, datengetriebene Tools übernehmen zunehmend menschliche Arbeit. Ganze Jobprofile verändern sich und einige werden zukünftig verschwinden. Auch das Recruiting gerät dabei immer stärker in den Fokus, weil Entscheider erkennen, dass diesem Bereich eine tragende Rolle für die Zukunft der gesamten Arbeitswelt zukommt. Dieses Kapitel beschreibt die Hintergründe zu Arbeit 4.0 und betrachtet die Zukunft des Recruitings und die damit einhergehenden innovativen Ansätze. Am Praxisbeispiel der digitalen Personalberatung Careerteam GmbH wird eine innovative Arbeitsweise im Recruiting dargestellt, geprägt von algorithmisierter Suche und softwaregestützten Prozessen. Darüber hinaus werden die Ergebnisse einer Online-Studie vorgestellt und die Digitalisierung im Recruiting vor dem Hintergrund aktueller arbeits- und organisationspsychologischer Erkenntnisse diskutiert.

Grund dafür ist voranschreitende Automation, getrieben durch künstliche Intelligenz und Robotik, welche das Potenzial hat, menschliche Arbeitskraft zu ersetzen. Im Rahmen einer Pilotstudie wurden 34 Personen befragt, die von dem Verein Mein Grundeinkommen e.V. über den Zeitraum eines Jahres monatlich 1.000 Euro erhalten. Es las-sen sich erste positive Effekte dieser finanziellen Zuwendun-gen auf das Verhalten und Erleben dieser Personen feststellen. So wurde ein gesteigertes Sicherheitsgefühl und ein stärkeres Unabhängigkeitsgefühl beschrieben. Eine Überforderung durch das BGE konnte nicht festgestellt werden. Bezogen auf die berufliche Situation der Befragten zeigten sich zunächst keine negativen Auswirkungen. Die Arbeitswelt wird sich verändern und dies erfordert eine Auseinandersetzung mit anderen wirtschaftlichen und gesellschaftlichen Modellen, wie beispielsweise dem BGE. Um zur weiteren BGE-Forschung beizutragen, werden in einem größeren Forschungsvorhaben die Gewinner des Vereins Mein Grundeinkommen e.V. 18 Monate wissenschaftlich begleitet.

The future of work. A broad term - and difficult to grasp.
To describe which scenarios are possible in the world of work, it takes more than a single opinion. I have therefore decided to publish a special volume in 2020 entitled "Future of Work" in my annual publication "HR Consulting Review".
The publication is part of our research project deepR at Humboldt-Universität Berlin. In this project we empirically examine the opportunities and risks of the future world of work from a psychological perspective. Antonia Sureth, doctoral candidate in the deepR project, will support me as co-editor.
In the volume "Future of Work", dozens of authors from different backgrounds will discuss where the journey can take us in times of AI and robotics. Within a very short time, more than 30 authors have already agreed to contribute by September 2020. We are looking forward to exciting and inspiring articles!
