The Enchantments of Law: Rendering the Logics of Justice in Revolutionary Bolivia

Goal: A book based on 9 years of research in Bolivia that examines the relationship between law and radical change based on studies of the new constitution, the creation of "revolutionary" legal bureaucracies, and the tensions between law as a logic of governance and claims for justice rooted in indigenous worldviews.
