Goal: For my current position in Neurology at Columbia University Medical Center, I am developing a platform to seamlessly integrate multiple studies of Alzheimer’s disease (including longitudinal) with an emphasis on ‘omics data using relational and graph databases (Neo4j) with Django CMS, Django, Neomodel, and Plotly Dash. The Hetionet Neo4j database is also being considered.
