MY BODY, MY CHOICE. When I read the news that the US Supreme Court overturned a verdict that protected the right to abortion for almost 50 years, I had negative feelings. I do not like it! As I tried to relax on the balcony, I remembered that in my research I also asked the opinion of women and men on abortion. Long ago, I hesitated to make my findings available, because the issue of abortion is unfortunately also a long-term weapon in political hands. But today I said to myself, the time has come. In the attached graph I present my findings concerning the opinion of women and men in Slovakia on abortion. - I think the positive news is that most women and men approve of the possibility of a woman's decision (58%). - The positive news is certainly that only 11% of people in Slovakia think that it should be completely inadmissible - The remaining 20% think that it is permissible for health reasons (endangering the life of the mother, fetus, etc.) and 12% are of the opinion that abortion is permissible for social reasons. No, I don't want to argue with anyone in the comments or reports. I think that the abolition of the right to abortion is not the right decision. But we will read many more discussions about it, and there will certainly be a clash between the two camps, as is the case with these topics, as is customary. ...

How has our sexual lives changed during the COVID-19 pandemic? The COVID-19 pandemic has changed our daily lives in all areas. Among other areas, it has also affected our partner and sex life. During the pandemic, I conducted research that focused on sexual behavior during the pandemic. Since I was engaged in the research of sexual behavior before the pandemic, the obtained results allowed me to compare sexual behavior before and during the pandemic in Slovakia. The research sample consisted of a total of 4337 respondents, of which 2152 respondents before the pandemic, 2152 and 2225 during the pandemic. The results in presented graph showed interesant findings: 1. Interest in sexual activities has increased by almost one third (+ 28%). In the Czech Republic, researcher Petra Sejbalová managed to point out the opposite trend, similarly to my research. In its research, the National Mental Health Center found that during the coronary crisis, Czech citizens had an increase in their desire for sex by 30%. 2. The frequency of masturbation activities increased by 17%. In this area, he expected a similar result. Foreign research has confirmed this trend. 3. In the area of satisfaction with sexual life, I managed to find that during the pandemic, up to 63% of respondents considered their sex life to be satisfactory. Compared to the research I conducted before the pandemic, it can be stated that I was also able to find an increasing trend of increasing satisfaction with sex life, before the pandemic, 53% of Slovaks were satisfied, which is an increase of 10%. On the contrary, several foreign surveys have shown a reduction in sex life satisfaction during a pandemic. https://bmcpublichealth.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12889-022-13509-x 4. The use and purchase of various sexual aids has increased significantly. In Slovakia, 10% more respondents used sex toys during a pandemic than before the pandemic. The growing trend of buying and using sexual aids has also been demonstrated abroad: https://au.finance.yahoo.com/news/sex-toys-bikes-weed-seeds-buying-during-lockdown-013247560.html., Https: //www.nytimes.com/2020/06/07/style/sex-toys-online-coronavirus.html In view of the above findings and lines, I intend to: It is possible that the pandemic also had a positive effect, e.g. in the area of our sex life? .... Viaceré zahraničné prieskumy naopak poukázali na zníženie spokojnosti so sexuálnym životom počas pandémie. https://bmcpublichealth.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12889-022-13509-x 4.

The research focused on the specifics of sexual behavior of men and women during the COVID-19 pandemic in Slovakia. When designing the research, I based on the research conducted on sexual behavior, which I conducted before the pandemic (number of respondents = 2152).
The current research sample consisted of 2225 respondents, of which 1012 respondents were male and 1213 respondents were female. The average age of the respondents was 25.46 years. Foreign research conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic and focused on sexual behavior shows a declining trend of interest in the frequency of sexual desire, sexual activity, but also sexual satisfaction.
The first area I researched was the frequency of individual sexual activities during the coronary crisis. The frequency of vaginal sexual intercourse does not show an increasing trend compared to the research I carried out before the coronary crisis. This activity is very often performed by 69% of respondents in both the pre-coronary research sample and the pandemic research sample. With regard to oral sex, there is a declining trend in the respondents' performance of this activity. While in the period before the pandemic very often 23% of respondents performed oral sex, during the coronary crisis the interest in this activity dropped to 16%. In the item where I focused on the frequency of interest in sexual intercourse, I managed to find an increasing trend, during the COVID-19 pandemic, respondents have a 28% increased interest in various sexual activities than before the pandemic. In my opinion, the increased interest in sexual activities is to a large extent also caused by pandemic measures, when people are in their place of residence, working from home, giving partners more time to themselves. Lockdown can help increase sexual activity. In one of the research areas, I also focused on the frequency of respondents' masturbation activities. In this area, as could be expected and as foreign research shows, we can witness a growing trend of respondents' masturbation activities. Masturbation activities increased by 17%.
The second area of research follows on from the first. Since I was able to find the existence of an increased interest in sexual activities, I also focused on the sexual satisfaction of men and women. The fact that an increased interest in sexual intercourse is evident does not necessarily mean that men and women are also satisfied with sexual intercourse. In this area, I managed to find out that 63% of respondents consider their sex life during the pandemic to be satisfactory, other respondents described their sex life as stereotypical. Compared to the research I carried out before the pandemic, it can be stated that I was also able to find a rising trend of increasing satisfaction with sexual life, before the pandemic, 53% of Slovaks were satisfied, which is an increase of 10%. I think we can perceive this as a very positive finding, because sex, in addition to performing a reproductive function, must be perceived as a source of joy, pleasure and pleasure. Another area of research is directly related to this area, namely: the frequency of reaching orgasm with a partner resp. with a partner. We can consider a positive finding that before the pandemic, 48% of respondents achieved partner sex activities and up to 61% of respondents during lockdown. This can also have a high impact on overall sex life satisfaction.
It turns out that in Slovakia, as a result of the lockdown, not only the interest in sexual activities has increased, but also the satisfaction with sexual life.

The research sample consisted of 2,225 respondents. Of these, 1,012 were men and 1,213 were women. The average age of the respondents was 23, 45 years. The first analyzes of the results show that the desire for sexual activity increased compared to the period before the COVID-19 pandemic. The evaluation of the quality of sexual life compared to the period before the COVID-19 pandemic also shows an increasing tendency. Slovak women and men have more frequent sexual intercourse, it is possible to assume that the frequency of pregnancies will also increase, but this needs further research.
