It is described a neuroholographic model of information processing, developed by the author (Bukalov A.V., 1989, 1996, 2005), which reconciles the data of neurophysiology and the views of C.G. Jung and socionics about the mechanisms of extraversion-introversion. These concepts have received experimental neurophysiological confirmation. In view of the multitude of experimental data that mental decision-making processes are described by the laws of quantum mechanics, the question arises about the nature and mechanisms of ensuring the quantum coherence of processes in neural structures. Key words: psyche, consciousness, mental functions, socionics, operating cells of the psyche, anthropogenesis, mutation rate, DNA methylation.
The development of the conceptual model approach from a simple three-level model of S. Freud to model A and its extensions into a dynamic 4-level model with FIM dimensions, their operating cells and the control function of consciousness with a set of control modes of functions, gives a new understanding and description of the work of the IM type and the psyche in general. Over the past 120 years, the development of more and more differentiated models of the psyche has brought more opportunities for understanding its structure, function-ing, and more subtle work with a person. Key words: personality psychology, informational model of the psyche, socionics, Jung's typology, personality structure, psycho-informational structure, collective, ethnos, state, quantization of mental processes.
Experts of the International Institute of Socionics, in the course of consulting work at various enterprises, collected data on which people of what socionical types (types of information metabolism) occupy the positions of chief engineer of the enterprise (sample of 62 people), accountant (482 people) and economist (149 people). The analysis of the distribution of socionic types is carried out, as well as explanations are given of which qualities of types (in accordance with their leading mental functions and dichotomous characteristics of Jung- Au-gustinavichiute) are in demand for specific positions. So, for the position of chief engineer of a large enterprise, such qualities are extraversion and rationality. For the position of an ac-countant rationality, sensing and ethics are in demand. For the position of an economist strong mental functions are more important than the Jung-Augustinavichiute traits. Among the functions of information metabolism in this area, the intuition of time is most in demand (39.6% of types have this function in the Ego block), much less is the intuition of opportunities (14.8%), and the need for business logic (26.2%) is much exceeds the request for structural logic (10.2%). Key words: socionics, management, management level, socionic type, socionic group, temperamental group, Jung-Augustinavichiute traits, strong mental functions, Ego block.

Natural intelligence consists of many different mental functions, of which only three are modeled in modern AI systems. Therefore, the construction of AI of full value is possible only when modeling at least 8 mental functions, which are described in the theory of information metabolism of the psyche-socionics-as specialized, but integrated into a single system processors, while for making decisions, each mental processor processes its own specific aspect of the general information flow, including not only logical aspects, but also the perception of the surrounding world, the construction of its model, space-time relationships, feelings and emotions.
Among the 15 dichotomous signs by Reinin-Augustinavichiute in socionics, the “static-dynamics” sign is one of the most informative. Its manifestations are noticeable in the behavior of a person, in his speech party, in the features of mimicry, movement, handwriting and drawing, in the specifics of perception of the world as a whole. To determine the socionic type, it is important to detect the markers of this sign in drawing. In search of characteristic markers, a comparison was made of the works of the masters of Japanese prints Hokusai and Hiroshige, as well as European graphic artists. Markers of this sign have been identified and formalized. The obtained regularities also reveal itself in numerous examples of the execution of a drawing test by representatives of different socionic types.
It is shown that the formation of the Socion as a self-consistent system of 16 types of informational metabolism is associated with the evolutionary development of humanity in the process of anthropogenesis. It is proposed the concept of differentiation of socionic types on the basis of biopsychological modules by S. Pinker.

The analysis of the evolutionary characteristics of the formation of the human psyche in the process of anthropogenesis is conducted. The features of the differentiation of mental functions and psychological, socionic personality types are traced, including the formation of their complete integral system, which is connected by intertype relationships - socion. It is shown that the evolutionary differentiation of biopsychic modules identified by anthropologist and linguist Stephen Pinker, supplemented by the authors, and brought together by us into a single system of interactions among themselves, led to 16 differentiated types of psychoinformational interaction with the surrounding world in small protohuman groups. These types specialized in certain aspects of perception, identified by their specific mental structure, and interaction with the outside world, its properties, people, food prey, etc. At the same time, the formation of a system of intertype relationships or psycho-informational transactions took place in a person as a social being. This is traced by examples of dual and conflict interactions of the selected and described modules. There are analysed the data of various researchers in Ukraine, Russia, the USA and others on the distribution of socionic types in various professional and social samples. It is shown that the occupationally-social cluster, in which data is collected, has the greatest influence on the distribution of types in the sample. This cluster forms the profession, occupation, property and social status, educational and cultural level of the typed persons. The requirements for a minimum sample for statistical analysis of socionic data are formulated. It is shown that the data obtained and interpreted in a correct way demonstrate the similarity of distributions. The generalization of available information shows that the distribution of socionic types in society tends to be uniform.

The plans of leading space agencies and corporations of a number of countries - the US, China, Russia and other countries - include the deployment of manned space stations and the establishment of colonies on the Moon and Mars. So the problem of psychoemotional and psychophysiological compatibility of crews in both long space flights and colonization of other planets acquires special significance. The extreme conditions of extraterrestrial survival have specific requirements for cohesion of space crews and future colonists, some of them are close to the conditions of life and work in the Far North. Since 1992, the staff of the International Institute of Socionics in the Far North was working on the formation or reorganization of production and management teams, including more than 150 small working groups, based on the principles of psycho-emotional and professional compatibility with the subsequent monitoring during 5–7 years. It was found that the theory of informational structure of psyche – socionics - and its practical technologies make it possible to really solve such problems, because it does not only describe the information structure of the psyche, but also predict the characteristics of the information and psycho-emotional interaction between people - from understanding to possible conflict, including the description of the dynamics and markers of specific work and interpersonal interactions and relationships. In other regions socionics methods were applied in more than 90 teams (over 2500 people), and tested in numerous experiments in a variety of small groups [1–3]. A number of other authors also puts socionics into first place among the personality models [5]. Since 1992 the socionics methods are successfully used in Yuri Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center for training astronauts and international astronauts’ crews and predicting the degree of compatibility of astronauts and descriptions of the features of their interaction [2–4]. It was developed the classification of experiments in space with the recommendation of their correspondence to the socionical characteristics of the cosmonaut [6]. The socionic methods have been tested and applied to investigate the interaction of pilots for flight crew, as well as dispatching services (total 2330 people). The interaction of aircrew in the system “crew – aircraft” was experimentally investigated [7]. The result was a state “Model training program on discipline: training of aviation personnel in the field of human factor” (2001), including knowledge of socionics. Socionics also is included in a number of basic education programs more than 180 universities in several countries. The laws of interpersonal relations, due to their importance for the stability of work and life of crews and teams need to be considered in the preparation of long-term space flights and the establishment of colonies on Mars and other planets.
Quality and labor productivity are determined not only by staff qualifications, but also by the degree of coherence of the work of employees, and above all-a team of managers and technologists. Substantial assistance in improving interactions in a collective can have socionics-theory and technology of creating teams and groups [1]. Methods of forming collectives and their reorganization, developed by the International Institute of Socionics (IIS), are used since 1991. They allow us to estimate staff potential and to suggest ways to improve the efficiency of interaction of staff. Socionics distinguishes personality types and kinds of psychological and informational interactions between them. The degree of informational, business and psychological compatibility of employees depends on intertype relations between them-from the most effective to conflictogenic. Coherence of work is determined by the degree of similarity and resonance strategies of thinking and behavior of employees, depending on their personality types. Some behavioral strategies find a response and understanding, but others are in contradiction and leading to misunderstandings and conflicts. Experience of application of socionic technologies at the brewery "Rogan" (Ukraine), meat-packing plant "Padunskij", poultry plant JSC "Trud" and a number of other enterprises and companies (more than 115) shows that such a diagnostics of collective with its subsequent correction or reorganization improves manageability and work efficiency [2]. Herewith socionic approach offers differentiated forms of staff motivation, which can not be reduced only to the salary increase. Special computer programs allow you to simulate the current state of the collective, as well as to predict the changes in it, depending on the arrival or departure of staff. They have shown its efficiency for 25 years. Application of socionic technologies is particularly effective at rebranding, restructuring of production, new product development, the creation of new units etc.

The comparison of the recently discovered neuronal structure, which responds for self-consciousness, with the socionical informational model of psyche leads to understanding that it is necessary the existing of 8 (16) neuronal structures, which corresponds to the Jung's psychological functions or the informational metabolism functions. There is proposed to begin the search of such neuronal structures by neurophysiological methods.
A structural formula of human psyche hierarchical components is proposed, allowing to create consequent description of psyche at necessary level of accuracy and in turn to provide integral description of an individual's personality.
A new law of historical evolution of society as a psycho-informational system is formulated. This law is called Quadral Succession Law, where quadra is a specific group of informational metabolism types. Dynamics of society is described in terms of this law. It is demonstrated that such regularities are possible to trace back at various time spans and make together a hierarchical evolutional structure: from small workgroups up to nations.
