Shared Decision-Making Tool for Opioid Prescribing After Ambulatory Orthopedic Surgery in Veterans

Goal: 1) Patients will ask for less opioids after the decision-making tool presentation
2) Patients will consume less opioids after the using the tool versus not using the tool
3) PROMIS pain interference & pain intensity will be the same for the tool and no tool group
