Max Planck quantized the electromagnetic radiation and solved the distribution at the high energy end of radiation (visible light). This continues to develop the idea that gravity is also electromagnetic radiation and there exists a maximum wavelength of photon related to the speed of light. This means that there should by physically logical and mathematically sound connection between Planck's law and Gravity constants and this should even go through the maximum wavelength of 1 Hz. It should be noted that the Planck's law is highly sensitive for the Temperature, and any such a connection can be found only with some certain temperature. This means that this temperature (which is the only variable and thus solved) must be observable in some physically logical occasion in Nature. In this paper this Temperature is solved by iteration and a value of 1210 K was found, this temperature provides a peak energy density in radiation wavelength of 2397 nm, which means IR-B (infrared) radiation. It's easy to notice that this is very typical temperature in the Thermosphere of planets.
Max Planck quantized the electromagnetic radiation. This happened more or less without a thought about its all consequences. Meanwhile it has become clear, that this quantum-physics is the fundamental law of Nature. In this paper the quantisation is revisited, and taken to its full lengths. Not only radiation is quantized. Also the photon is Quantized, and had is limits; a Fundamental frequency is recognized, and the wave-vector nature of light is presented. This paper makes my previous paper's context more complete, and clarifies the question about Quantum-gravity.
Navier-Stokes Excistence and smoothness problem doesn't have solution. The physical premises of this mathematical problem is not correctly understood. Turbulence is a "crack" on fluid; Internal surfaces inside the fluid. It's Collision and friction, not viscous forces.
Just made better analysis from the Thermosphere Gas derivates on hight 60-250 km

The circle diagrams must be read so, that the sun is at 12, The Earth's orbital movement is on direction "morniing", also 6 and the Earth rotates clock-vice.

The Gas derivates are no made Latitude-longitude comparable to these diagrams, and are shown on interesting points; 05 and 09
The most interesting thing, is Shown on the first page; Thich blue line presenting H (Hydrogen) shows, how the Gas-amount-growth (derivate) sinks at 120- > 110 km height. So it means that Hydrogen is disappearing somewhere?! Well that could be gone to water, but the Helium shows similar anomaly. And it's definetly wierd, accorrding to the old theories, but exactly what can be predicted with the presented fusion theory. Also temperature-curve follows this theory. (endothermic)
