Project

Paradigms of chaotic and practical adaptation in modern Bolivian architecture

Goal: Develop a series of elements, encounters and moments that define those paradigms of "chaotic" adaptation on territories and cities that, having been structured under "western" parameters, have seen ways of translating culture and customs through the collective occupation of public space like streets or squares and are part today as a practice in modern Bolivian architecture. This "chaos" over the cities has an ancestral Andean order that runs through territories that made up the Qhapac Ñan or the Inca empire, which could help define parameters of current Latin American cities.
