Próba rozpoznania terenu Abstract: e aim of the article is to identify methodological solutions in studies on transgenderism conducted around the world. e article provides an overview of the solutions used in the methodology of research on trans-gender. is was done based on a compilation of major foreign research on transgender and an analysis of the content of the EBSCO website. As a result, some changes have been observed over time. ey concerned the scope of the amount of research related to the issue of transgender over time, preferences of data collection methods, research patterns and technologically advanced solutions. Possible factors determining the result of the review were discussed. e authors indicated the signifi cance of the developing methodological tendencies in studies on transgenderism during several decades on education and, as a result, on general social awareness.
