Multi-lingual Content filter for Moodle

Goal: This filter is a more flexible version of multilang filter. One of three possible choices can be selected by the filter admin setting: HTML syntax, Non HTML syntax or Both. If the non html syntax is chosen language block looks like: {mlang en}English{mlang}{mlang bg}Bulgarian{mlang}. A new version of the Moodle nultilang filter is proposed. The new filter is more flexible than the Moodle nultilang filter. It supports two different syntaxes: non html and html based syntaxes and the simultaneous combination of two as well. These new features give more freedom and conveniences with the creation of multilingual content on Moodle based educational sites.
