Irish literature and translation. ESP.

Goal: Irish literature and translation:To study from a socio-critical perspective, the literary production of contemporary Irish writers as well as that resulting from the Irish Diaspora. A second aim of this research focuses on translation, understood as an act of transference and cultural comparison.
ESP: to teach reading comprehension strategies to university students to enable them to read academic texts.
