Fast Reinforcement Learning using Quantum Computers

Goal: I have an ongoing project with students to study the use of quantum computers for reinforcement learning as quantum computing can address the curse of dimensionality and also because of reinforcement learning is a type of approximate dynamic programming solution to the Hamilton Jacobi Bellman equation for optimal control and quantum systems are governed by the Hamilton Jacobi equation of variational mechanics. One can view QM itself as a type of optimal control.
