Fair development of mobility and value dynamics in knowledge contexts

Conducting a stress test on the subject of linkages suggests a review of mobility aspects. It is still a challenge to define a "concept" of mobility that takes into account the evolution of information and communication technologies. A test in mobility should deserve attention in development.
