DIAGNÓSTICO E RECUPERAÇÃO DE ÁREAS DEGRADADAS NO LITORAL SUL FLUMINENSE (ANGRA DOS REIS E PARATY), COM TÉCNICAS DE BIOENGENHARIA E SUAS RELAÇÕES COM O TURISMO REGIONAL

This paper regards geo-environmental consequences of the slopes and valley floor utilization, taking into account soil use mismanagement and the occurrence of different types of mass movements. The role of fieldwork, in order to assess these consequences is also outlined in this research work and it is shown through photographs, taken during this study. The use of GIS techniques may also be another element, which helps to understand these geo-environmental problems and consequently what can be done to avoid them ISSN 1980-5772 eISSN 2177-4307 ACTA Geográfica, Boa Vista, v.15, n.37, jan./abr. de 2021.
