Introduction
فصلنامۀ «مطالعات منابع انسانی» نشریه‌ای علمی است که به نشر یافته‌ها و دستاوردهای نوین علمی در حوزۀ مدیریت منابع انسانی و رفتار سازمانی می‌پردازد و توسط دانشکده مدیریت دانشگاه هوایی شهید ستاری با همکاری انجمن مدیریت راهبردی ایران منتشر می‌شود. این فصلنامه در آخرین ارزیابی نشریات علمی که به‌وسیلۀ وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری انجام شده رتبۀ «ب» (همتراز علمی-پژوهشی سابق) را کسب کرده است و بر اساس بخشنامۀ شمارۀ 11-25685 تاریخ 1398/09/02 این وزارتخانه از این پس با عنوان «نشریۀ علمی» منتشر خواهد شد.
