يمثل هذا البحث قراءة معاصرة في أحد معالم المنظومة التواصليّة المتمثلة بالدرس اللغوي اللّساني الحديث، إذ يُعنى بدراسة بعد تداوليّ من الأبعاد التداوليَّة في الخطاب الأصوليّ في مدونة أحد كبر علماء حوزة الحلة العلميّة وهو البعد الإشاري، فينظر في كيفية توظيف الخطاب الأصوليّ الأشاريّات من أجل تحقيق الترابط التواصلي بين طرفي الخطاب
