Question
I am wondering what are the relevant studies and publications, if any, supporting or rebuttin Situational Leadership in practise.
Question
According to Flow theory, skills are needed to master Challenges and thus get possibly into Flow-state. But how do you define 'Challenges' in business and leadership?
Any ideas on how to categorise business and leadership challenges, a taxonomy?
Please help/advise!
Question
Flow theory suggests that state of flow can be achieved if individuals' skills are in balance with the challenge at hand.
Whilst skills have been caterogized in literature, I cannot find any general categorization of "challenges" for leaders, managers, experts, entrepreneurs or administrators etc.
What are your suggestions? Please help.
Question
National or regional Competitiveness is typically measured in  macro-economic dimensions. Good leadership is the key to achieving good organizational performance. But what is the linke between leadership and competitiveness? (sustainability? national cultural difference? Networks and clusters?)
Question
Flow theory says: one gets into state of flow if your skills are matching the challenges encountered. - Much as been written on skill sets, but what is known about the categorization of challenges in the organizational context?
