Introduction
Ziad Noujeim is Senior Lecturer, Clinical Teacher, and Postgraduate Tutor in Oral Surgery and Pathology at the Dental School, Lebanese University, Beirut, Lebanon. He is Diplomate of the European Board of Oral Surgery, Fellow of the International College of Dentists and the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He also works as attending oral surgeon at Baabda University Hospital and Lebanese Army Central Hospital. Noujeim is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of the Lebanese Dental Association-JLDA, Section Editor of the Annals of Maxillofacial Surgery-AMS, and Reviewer for the Journal of the American Dental Association-JADA and the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery-JOMS. He also serves as President of the Lebanese Society of Oral Surgery.
