Introduction
I am an early-career scholar (Assistant Professor) at School of Management, Jinan University. I have completed my PhD in I-O Psychology from Peking University. My research interests involve a range of human-environment dynamic issues for a better future for all, such as how employees proactively react to increasing uncertainties, how individuals develop more sustainable careers, and how consumers shape greener brand identities.
