为探究自动驾驶网约车使用意向的影响因素及作用路径,以技术接受模型(TAM)为基础框架,在自动驾驶车辆感知有用性和感知易用性基础上,从出行者使用网约车经验和社会偏好两个维度分别引入网约车出行习惯、网约车平台感知可靠性、网约车出行社会影响和出行者利他性偏好四类潜变量,构建自动驾驶网约车使用意向的结构方程模型。对 367 份有效问卷进行参数拟合,结果证实了引入心理潜变量后的 TAM 模型具有良好的适配性,能够解释使用意向总方差的 59.4%。路径分析结果表明,影响自动驾驶网约车最直接的三个因素是自动驾驶车辆的感知有用性、出行者利他性偏好、网约车出行习惯,对应的直接效应分别是 0.591、0.243 和 0.146。网约车平台感知可靠性、自动驾驶车辆感知易用性、网约车出行社会影响对自动驾驶网约车使用...
