Zhen Liu received the Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2019 and 2023, respectively, and received the B.Eng. degree from Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China, in 2017. Currently, he works in the Larson Transportation Institute, Penn State University as a Postdoctoral scholar. His research focus on the non-destructive testing (GPR and FWD), deep learning algorithms, BIM, and GIS technology on pavement structures.
