Introduction
As an Associate Professor with a deep commitment to advancing educational practices, my research endeavors focus on the intersection of Educational leadership, pedagogical innovation, technology integration, and TVET. My research aims to understand and enhance the educational experience, with a focus on the cultural context of the UAE. Collaborating with a network of esteemed colleagues, I strive to advance educational strategies and leadership in a vibrant and evolving learning environment.
