Introduction
Dr. Zdenek Smutny is an Associate Professor specializing in Social Informatics at the Prague University of Economics and Business and R&D Project Manager focused on intelligent transportation systems and services. He has over 15 years of experience in R&D projects. He graduated in informatics and media studies and obtained Ph.D. in informatics. His current academic focus includes social informatics, intelligent transportation systems and services, and advancement in informatics methodology.
