Quantitatively describe changes of microvascular bed in the selected models of neurodegeneration.
We work with TgF334-AD rats, Lurcher, and pcd mice. Microvessels are visualized using polyclonal rabbit anti-laminin antibodies. Stereology approaches are us to collect data for the total regional volumes, total number and length of microvessels.
