The aim of this project is to develop an instructional design in the field of information technologies and software for gifted and talented students and to examine the effects of this design on students' computational thinking, creative thinking, design thinking skills, and computer programming self-efficacy. The instructional design is centered on programming training, and the steps of Morrison, Ross and Kemp Instructional Design Model were followed during the development of the design.
