Yuan (Joseph) ZHOU is an Associate Professor with Tenure at School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University (China). He received his PhD degree (technology management) from the University of Cambridge (UK) in 2010. Prior to that, he got his Msc. and B.Eng from Nangyang Technological University (Singapore).
