"The Identifying, Preparation and Drafting a Project, as well its Implementation on Sustainable Ecotourism for Development, from 19 September 2015 to 31 December 2019. Study project: "The Identifying, Preparation and Drafting a Project Proposal as well its Implementation on Sustainable Ecotourism for Development", which is realized through carrying out the best practices in Ecotourism, Protecting the Nature, Biodiversity Conservation and its Wise Use; Adaption to Climate Change, as well as being employed by the community and the Indigenous Population and Increasing the Income them, as well and Implementation of it, in Protected Areas (site), (country). The study project is complex on Political, Economic, Social, Cultural, Health, Educational, Technological and Environmental Protection Fields, as well and Implementation of it. Long-term objective (Overall objective): • Well-conserved and wisely-used the biodiversity and adaption to climate change in protected areas of Albania (other country), as well as being employed by the community and having useful goods and services for the benefit of humankind in a way compatible with the safeguarding, maintenance and protection of the natural resources and cultural attractions for the new industry, Sustainable Ecotourism for Development. Short-term objectives (Immediate Objectives ) of the Project Study: The immediate objectives (effects) of the project will be realized through the sectors of production and services; management of human beings, natural and manmade (manufactured) resources and management of mobility, and concretely: • Human beings resources management; • Air quality management; • Water resources management; • Soil quality maintenance; • Adaption to the climate changing; • Sustainable fish stock; • Sustainable wild fauna stock and legal hunting; • More diverse and indigenous species and improved terrestrial/aquatic conditions in current destroyed and damaged areas; • Demographic management, including urban environment, public health and safety; • Waste management; • Social mobilization and increased public awareness; • Safeguarding, maintenance and protection of the natural resources ; • Safeguarding, maintenance and protection of the cultural attractions; • Managing of pollutions by monitoring, auditing and controls; • Taking of operation licenses and permits for all activities needed there; • Technological development; • Developing and adaption of the product and services policies and strategies; • Industrial waste management; • Efficient infrastructure and planning of structures; • Traffic management; • Vehicle pollution control; • Social-cultural progres by use of utility competitive management methods towards the sustainable development of ecotourism, which recognises the needs of everyone; • Developing of the financial mechanism to increase the income of some of the wetland, • protected areas, lakes, etc (taxes, incentives, ecotourism income, donors, etc) by use of utility competitive management methods towards the sustainable development of • ecotourism for economic growth and employment; and • Utilization of the new industry, sustainable ecotourism.
