Does any one know how to fix the problem of "constraint matrix not identity" in opensess?

I am working on programming a skew bridge, however the opensees kept on giving me such warning
WARNING PlainHandler::handle() - constraint matrix not identity, ignoring constraint for node 513
non-varyng assumed
WARNING BandGenLinLapackSolver::solve() -factorization failed, matrix singular U(i,i) = 0, i= 7
Can any one help me fix this problem?
