本文介绍了几种改善变压吸附制氧机效率、氧浓度和稳定性方面的技术措施。通过增设一个辅助罐体,储存制氧末期80%左右的富氧气体作为清洗用气,可以提高产品氧气产量的同时,得到浓度稳定在93%以上的产品氧气。通过增加氧气纯化器可以得到浓度99%的高浓度氧气。通过吸附塔的双层封头防粉化结构,可以有效防止分子筛的粉化现象,并能方便现场更换分子筛。这些措施简单实用,值得推广。
