本文以马斯洛需要层次作为 理论基础，结合对高净值客户的访谈结 果，对私人银行增值服务的现状进行研 究，最后对私人银行设计与优化增值服 务提出建议

为编制初中生校园霸凌态度问卷，采用文献法、半结构访谈法梳理量表维度并编制初测 问卷，通过探索性因素分析与验证性因素分析及相关分析形成正式量表。结果 :（1）正式问卷共 31 道 题目，包括共情理解、后果预估、行为实施三个维度。（2）内部一致性信度在 0.927 ～ 0.950 之间，分半 系数在 0.909 ～ 0.934 之间。（3）验证性因素分析结果（CMIN/df=2.602，CFI=0.897，GFI=0.777，NFI=0.844， IFI=0.898，RMSEA=0.079）表明该模型拟合度尚可。结论：本研究编制的初中生校园霸凌态度问卷可作为 测量初中生校园霸凌态度的有效工具。

以 “谁是卧底”这个游戏为依托，基于金属及其化合物这个章节，采用实验组与对照 组比较以及访谈研究，证明 “谁是卧底”游戏在化学概念复习上的优势与特点。旨在为教师或者 科研工作者在化学教学过程中遇到的类似问题提供一些值得参考的解决方案。
