Next it explores the origins of needs assessment up to the present day with a rationale for such work. Finally, it summarizes several needs‐based studies with ties to anthropological thinking and then provides a concluding note.
本研究目的在發展一份適用於我國國中生的能源素養量表,以評估國三(九年級)學生對於能源基本且必要之認知、態度與行為表現情形。研究者採用DeWaters等人編製的「中學生能源素養問卷」為藍本,和國中資深教師及能源領域專家共同研議及修訂後,經預試與正式施測程序確認題項內容的適切性。預試階段取樣九年級學生,共獲398份有效問卷,經探索性因素分析、信度分析及Rasch模式進行項目反應分析後,刪除配適不佳的題目;另外針對認知構面編製四個平行版本,以降低學生填答負荷。正式施測階段有效樣本數為1,242,分別進行驗證性因素分析及複核效化檢驗。結果顯示本研究發展之能源素養量表包含能源認知、態度與行為等三個構面,具有良好的信度與效度,題項精簡、有效,可作為評估國中學生能源素養的適切工具,且認知構面有平行版本可供...
