Introduction
She involved in both academic and scientific life of Istanbul Arel University, Turkey. She received B.Sc and M.sc. degrees in chemistry and completed her PhD degree in Materails Science and Engineering. She has been currently working in Biomedical Enginering Department, and since 2017 she has been working as the Head of ArelPOTKAM (Polymer Technologies and Composite Application and Research Center) at the same university. She is currently conducting projects in the fields of nanoparticles, nano/micro biomaterials synthesis and production (scaffold and bone healing materials, polymeric biomaterials), electrospun and 3D printed biomaterials for tissue engineering, nanoparticle-mediated drug delivery systems, as well as functional organic / polymeric materials for biotechnology.
