I used AlphaSim (Voxel-level p< 0.01, 1000 iterations of Monte Carlo simulations with cluster-level p<0.01) for multiple comparison.
I found the cluster size was at least 100 voxels when AlphaSim p level <0.01, However, the significant cluster sizes (<0.01) I found were <100 voxels.

My research question is to explore correlation between self-reported questionnaire and pCASL data generated from MRI assessment.
Both SPM and SPSS has function of multivariate regression analysis.
By literature review, i found similar analysis were performed using voxel-wise multivariate regression analysis by a general linear model using SPM.
There is also similar function in SPSS--> multivariate regression analysis in a general linear model.
May I know if both methods in SPM and SPSS are the same? Can I use SPSS for conducting such analysis?

Dependent Variable (DV) is ordinal data.
Independent variables (IVs) are continuous data.
Using SPSS, Multicollinearity test can be checked in linear regression model. However, this is required that DV should be continuous data.
Nevertheless, in ordinal data, DV is ordinal data, may I know how to examine Multicollinearity among IVs?

I have identified predictor A & B as significant estimates in the regression model.
In order to examine the stability of the model, bootstrapping were performed.
However, A was found insignificant (CI 95% includes 0) in bootstrapping.
i). How should I interpret the result further?
ii). What can I check to make predictor A a significant one? (As I personally assumed A should be a significant predictor)

I have a dilemma when doing bootstrapping method to examine my model:
I identified predictor A & B in my regression model as significant estimates.
However, it can be rational only when (A & B) are the same direction ( both positive or both negative). Otherwise, it is not consistent with previous literature.
Unfortunately, in my model, A & B are in the different direction (One is positive while the other is negative) in the regression model.
But bootstrapping method proved A & B are statistically significant factors (CI 95% in the same direction, with 0 excluded).
I don't know how to appropriately explain and interpret the result.
Please help.

I have sample size of 264 in my ordinal regression model and tried to run bootstrapping.
I tried 1000 (By default and 100 (Less than 264) as number of sample size but I received warning from SPSS as this:
For split file $bootstrap_split = 0, there are 1024 (80.0%) cells (i.e., dependent variable levels by observed combinations of predictor variable values) with zero frequencies.
For split file $bootstrap_split = 1, there are 672 (80.0%) cells (i.e., dependent variable levels by observed combinations of predictor variable values) with zero frequencies.
....
For split file $bootstrap_split = 356, there are 1020 (80.0%) cells (i.e., dependent variable levels by observed combinations of predictor variable values) with zero frequencies.
This command is trying to save new variables while bootstrapping is in effect. The new variables will be lost.
Execution of this command stops.
Then the software display the same relevant model test results again.
May I know how to deal with this problem?
