Computer Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL)研究における主な課題の1 つとして,議論において学習者の参加度にばらつきが発生することが指摘されている。この要因の1 つとして,学習者が他メンバーの学習行動情報を把握できず,手抜き行動が発生していることが分かった。この課題を解決するため,著者らは個人学習行動と参加度の可視化システムを開発し,ユーザービリティ評価を実施した。その結果,可視化図の色変更等のシステムの改善が指摘された。
