旧城区绿地作为关键的社会—生态系统载体,是城市高质量发展与转型治理亟需关注 的问题。构建广州旧城区绿地服务基本单元,引入适应性循环理论的潜力—连通度—恢复力 三维框架,构建表征生态、社会与经济服务的绿地景观指标体系,综合评估2000—2018年广州旧城区绿地的空间恢复力水平及适应性转化特征。研究结果显示:旧城区绿地的恢复力演化具有明显的核心区与外围区的时空分异,在拆除重建阶段呈现快速开发—快速释放—重组的转化,在微更新阶段主要呈现开发—保护的提升,并具有提升型、稳定型和更替型的社会—生态系统服务适应性。由此说明,城市更新具有调节社会—生态系统服务治理的效果。其中,绿地形状指数、5min可达绿地率以及土地利用混合度对核心区绿地恢复力具有显著的促进作用,为外围区治理提供参考。同时,进一步探讨了更...

基于环境行为学相互渗透理论和环境心理学人-环境一致性理论,本研究以珠江前航道为例,从活力营造视角构建“人群-环境”活力互动模型,运用多源数据,使用熵权法、全局莫兰指数、局部莫兰指数等计量方法对滨水空间的活力协调度进行定量研究,并对滨水空间人群活力的时空特征、环境活力的空间格局及活力协调度空间格局进行总结,探讨滨水空间的活力协调机制,为提升城市滨水空间的活力协调度提出优化策略。结果表明:1) 滨水空间人群活力具有明显空间分异特征,具有显著的空间正自相关性。随时间推移,热点区域呈现扩大—收敛的空间特征,冷点区域则呈现分散—集中的空间格局;2) 滨水空间环境活力具有显著的空间分异特征,呈现西高东低的空间格局;3) 滨水空间活力协调度呈现高、中和低3种活力协调状态,耦合协调状态的滞后系统主要为环境活...

基于国家卫计委2016 年流动人口动态监测数据(CMDS),运用相关GIS 空间统计工具探讨了中国279 个地级及以上城市流动人口回流意愿空间分异问题,进而考察流动人口回流意愿的影响因素。研究发现:① 相比居留意愿及户籍迁移意愿,中国城市流动人口回流意愿偏低(6.17%),其中,绝大多数流动人口(74.05%)的回流去向地是返回原居住地。城市规模、城市等级与流动人口回流意愿呈非对称“U型”格局。② 流动人口回流意愿总体上呈现出集聚分布模式,并具有显著的空间分异特征,长江三角洲、京津冀等城市群流动人口的回流意愿较高,成渝和哈长城市群流动人口回流意愿较低;东部地区流动人口回流意愿最高,东北地区的回流意愿最低;华南、中南和部分华东地区为回流意愿热点区,东北和华北地区为回流意愿的冷点区。③ 回流意愿...

空间句法在我国城市设计研究及实践中的应用方兴未艾,然而其建模计算和辅助分析决策过程中带来的误差并未被充分研究。文章结合POI、大众点评等多源城市数据,以2017 年珠三角部分城市及全国公路交通网络为实验对象,从空间句法模型校核的理论基础、空间句法分析的误差来源、处理误差的技术细节、数据驱动下基于空间句法的城市设计流程等方面探讨了空间句法的模型校核及其在城市设计中的应用问题。研究发现,空间句法的误差来源主要包括搜索半径误差、建模范围误差、建模细度误差和参数算法误差4 种,而在多源城市数据的辅助下,可通过选取最优半径、适度外扩模型、选取合适细度和建模软件等方法减小误差。文章总结了数据驱动下基于空间句法的城市规划设计框架,认为多源城市数据在空间句法模型校核、空间句法辅助方案设计等阶段具有广阔的应用...
