Introduction
Ph.D. in Knowledge Engineering and Management from UFSC, with a B.Sc. in Information and Communication Technologies (UFSC) and Technician in Electrotechnics from CEDUP. Worked as an administrative staff at UFRGS for ten years, gaining expertise in IT operations and support.
