Introduction
My current research interests focus on the factors that underlie autonomous regulation versus controlled regulation. I am also interested in the distinction between hedonia (positive affect and life satisfaction) and eudaimonia (meaning in life, authenticity, personal growth, and excellence) along with the relationships between hedonia and eudaimonia and a wide range of outcomes.
