Introduction
My research interests are clinical pharmacy, pharmacy practice, pharmacoepidemiology, and pharmacoeconomics. I am a PUBLONS certified academic peer reviewer. I like to review articles related to my field to improve my peer reviewing and manuscript writing skills. I am very happy to give feedback on the manuscripts of other authors if they are interested. I am also interested in helping other authors or young researchers in publishing their manuscript.

Question
We carried out a research study on quality of life of breast cancer patients. There are three groups (paired-baseline, cycle 1, cycle 2). We used EORTC QLQ C-30, BR-23 questionnaires. They have different domains like physical functioning, role functioning etc with their respective scores. We want to predict the effect of each independent variable on the various domains of the quality of life questionnaire. However, since there are three groups, can we do the average of each domain (baseline, cycle 1, cycle 2) and obtain a single value for each domain and use it to perform multiple linear regression analysis with other independent variables? After doing average, each domain will get one value
Question
If the p-value was less the alpha, then the data do not follow poisson distribution
Question
Neyman Bias is a selection bias where the very sick or very well (or both) are
erroneously excluded from a study. You may not know which (improved/died) you are excluding, making it impossible to adjust for any bias in your
results.
The bias (“error”) in your results can be skewed in two directions:
 Excluding patients who have died will make conditions look less severe.
 Excluding patients who have recovered will make conditions look more severe
Question
Recently i read an article about medication antidote signals and the prediction of ADRs with help of them. By using positive predictive values they found association between drug and antidote
Question
JADAD score was used to assess the quality of randomized controlled trial using a predefined criteria. Randomization scheme and its appropriateness is one of the parameter used to assess the quality of the RCT.
Question
I read that Kappa statistic was used to measure the agreement between two categorical variables. If we use two scales which measure the same property for example say medication adherence, can we use Kappa statistic to measure the agreement between the two scales?
