Introduction
Fresh PhD graduate from Tallinn University of Technology. PhD Thesis topic: games for better participation in planning in the Baltics. The PhD Thesis focuses on the development of participatory planning in Estonia and Latvia since 1991, as well as on the advancements in emerging civic engagement methods, such as participatory planning games. The research builds on qualitative methodology, namely, action research, case studies and grounded theory.
