There is a compelling need for developing constructs in management science for higher relevance rather than adapting constructs developed in other domains and applying them in organizations. An inquiry in the relevance of the construct of strength developed in personality psychology and applied to organizations is compelling, as deploying s...

I am researching a phenomenon that has many theoretical perspectives. If I have to unify the various sub-components of the phenomenon, I need to get out of the system to get a clearer vision...something like the 'boiling frog syndrome'. Can there be a theoretical explanation why it is better to be outside the system to bring about integration rather than being within the system?
I have attached a figure to enable visualization of my predicament. I will deeply value your insights.
Dear Fellow Researchers,
I am researching on authentic leadership style and require a self-reported questionnaire to measure it. Can you please suggest the questionnaire? I will be obliged if you share it with me.
Regards,
Vikas.
Research has focused on the phenomenon of sexual exploitation at the workplace. However, many have observed the phenomenon of people using gender and human frailties to further their careers--with huge damage to the organization. Do you think this phenomenon is wide-spread and under-researched?
What are the different forms toxic leadership can take in higher education? How does toxic leadership in higher education manifest?
I am currently carrying out an exploratory study on experiences at work that surpass one's expectations. I personally have had many such instances where I was pleasantly surprised by the role, challenges, and compensation offered to me.
If you have any such experiences, I will be grateful if you share them. I do not want to take a phenomenological approach to explore this phenomenon, hence seeking your help. The distinguishing feature of the event should be "THE EVENT EXCEEDED YOUR EXPECTATIONS."
