The essential goal of the Manifesto Project is the critical reading of existing physical theories, the identification of critical points, and the proposal of new concepts and new theories. Any genuine science and any theory are based on the common theory of knowledge. In physics, and in general in science, the theory of knowledge is based on the experimental scientific method, which defines two fundamental points 1. Observation of physical phenomena, and measurement of physical quantities that are involved in the physical process 2. Analysis of experimental data and identification of the more appropriate physico-mathematical model for describing the observed event.
