Introduction
After completing my PhD on integrating big data transcriptomics and molecular biology, I permenantly joined Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine and was subsequently awarded an MRC Skills Development fellowship in 2017 to continue my work on novel mechanisms of insecticide resistance in Anopheles mosquitoes. I was then awarded a DZIF Group Leader position at Heidelberg University Hospital, where my group will focus on vector competence and insecticide resistance in major vector species.
